I have used this product in the past and whilst i have used it for several months i lost quite a bit of weight on it as well but you have to do exactly as it says to do exercise and drink alot of water !!! If you curious if it works i was on it 2 months by the end of the 1st i started loosin weight then started loosin more on second month . Do not use if you have any kind of helath problem or illness

I had been trying to get fit and lose belly fat, however, no matter how many ab workouts I did, the belly fat would not go away! The muscle was there. it was just hidden. I took it thinking maybe it would help; it made me sick. It did not matter what I ate, I was constantly ill and running to the bathroom ready to throw up or have the runs. I initially thought I was just not feeling well as I had been sick the previous week. But a week later I had had enough and I quite taking it. Surprise, surprise, I felt better with in the day.

It's like drinking 3 cups of coffee. I take two capsules 1 hr before working out. The only thing it gives you is energy. If it's your first time taking this, drink plenty of water to get it out of your system so you can sleep at night! Yes you will get jittery, that's why you have to move!...

Hydroxycut is a simple but expensive way to approach dieting. It is suppossed to help you lose weight and also help suppress your appetite but in my opinion this product was more trouble than it was worth. Remembering to take your pills throughout the day and the the way the pills make you feel was an unwelcome side effect for me. They made me feel jittery, on the edge and detatched. I felt healthier before I started on these pills. They gave me energy but within a few hours I would crash and be exhausted. This is not a dieting product I would recommend.

I have tried this product personally, and i think for the hype it is given, and money you pay, it is not worth it, and for me it did not work. I tried it for 3 months, and lost 5 pounds no inches, and it made me sick alot of the time. In my personal opinion its not worth it....

I used this product in the past when it still had ephedra in it,and it worked great. Since removing it,I'm just not happy with the results. It does seem to supress appetite a bit. If you are willing to wait a while to lose the pounds,this might be ok. But even taking the max dose,it was still a slow process,and quite expensive. I'd rather save my money and work out a little more....

The first time I used Hydroxycut, I managed to lose a total of 2 inches (1 inch each from waist and hips) in 5 days without changing the way I ate. I had stopped exercising a few weeks prior to using this as well. I only rate Hydroxycut with 4 stars cause even though it worked unbelievably well, it's kinda scary how fast I lost those inches, plus I even started eating more while on Hydroxycut. I was only hungrier after I took the pills and also it made me feel nauseous if I didn't eat. The second time I used Hydroxycut (about a month after the first bottle ran out), I didn't follow the timings to take the pills religiously like I did the first month and found that I lost about 0.5 inches in total. So overall, I recommend this product only if you really need something to jumpkick your diet and exercise plan but I sure don't recommend this for the long run....

I never believed in these pills when advertised on television, but after using them for 2 weeks, I started to see results. I was scared when I found myself with a 45 inch waist and weighed 213 lbs. I decided to try Hydroxycut and within 4 months I dropped down to 168lbs with a 36 inch waist. Thats 45 lbs in 4 months and a decrease in waist size by 9 inches.
