Hodroxycut Hardcore has been one of the best products I have ever tried (right after RevXP). I went into taking this product knowing full well that it *could* have some side effects (moodiness). It happened to my brother. It's now happening to me. But that's not necessarily a bad thing...

With my brother, he tried different things and found certain foods that when takenw ith Hydroxycut caused the mood swings.

I myself am experiencing the mood swings. In my case, it has been narrowed down to the combination of Hydroxycut taken with a Mens Sport Vitamin.

In both cases we took an average amount of the suppliment (3-4 per day) and had daily workouts.

Without the additional factor, this product is one of the best on the market. Don't just knock it if you experience the side effects, but do try to see if something else might be triggering it. You could be skipping over something that works really great for you.

Many fat burner/energy product have caused me to feel shakey and light headed but this one works without the shakes. I feel the energy and it definately burns fat. There is a reason it is the number on selling supplement.

Kudos to MuscleTech for this and they also have on just for Her.

If you are commited to improve your health and lose some weight, you should try Hidroxicut.

I took it some time with excersising and it did not make a big difference.

This product is intended to be use when excersing and I had excelent and fast results.

My husband and I are both wanting to lose weight. I am wanting to lose 10lbs. He is wanting to lose 40. He weighs 230, and I weigh 120. He is 50 years old and he had a problem with it making his heart race and made him nervous. He even cut his morning coffee to one cup.

I had a problem with my kidneys. When I was on it, my kidneys burned and I got nauseated when I had to pee. I also felt very "jittery". I just didn't feel this product was worth taking a chance with. The company did give me my money back.

The problem is that even if the pills were effective for weight loss (and this is still unproven) the side effects are not worth the risk of taking Hydroxycut.
