My son has very bad acne and I would need the best product that would work for this. My son has tried clean and clear and no results his face seems to get red and redder with the use. He has tried Oxy and that makes his skin very dry so he needs something that will have better and I have done a lot of research on different products to see the best result is and the how much everything cost. Proactive you have to join there club and then you have to keep buying it. I need something that I can use until it is finished and then don't have to worry about the acne coming back again and that is this product it does seem to do everything that it says it does and I just want my sons face to clear up and to have his face smooth again. This product did not make my son have harsh skin but it did take awhile for it to work but the results of the product is amazing and I love it and would buy it again

Overall I have battled acne from childhood into my adult years. The Murad line worked very well for me where others like Pro Active have failed. I continuously get compliments about the overall tone of my skin, although I still get a few pimples. It's not a miracle, but feels like a healthy step for my skin. The mask is a great product to use as such or as a spot treatment. I think it's comparable for the price and worth a shot. Note: Be aware-they autobill unless you ask them not to.

I don't have bad acne but i do break out every now and then. I got murad because I thought it would keep my skin clear and help keep it looking healthy. NOT THE CASE!! It made me break out from my forehead to my chin. When i called to complain the lady told me that it was normal to break out for the first few weeks and that it meant the product was working. After 5 weeks and several acne scars later I stopped using the product. It took two months to get my face some what back to normal. but now i have scars on my chin and cheeks. PLEASE DO NOT BUY MURAD!!! and if you do don't say nobody warned you!

I began suffering from Rosacia at age 40. Everyone knows about Pro-Active commercials and their celebrity endorsements but it doesn't cure Rosacia. In searching the web I came across Murad and it's worked beautifully for me. If you've never suffered from rosacia, it's painful under the skin bumps that develop along with very dry skin on the outer surface that can become so bad your skin begins to peel. Not to mention the embarrassing red, sore looking complexion you develop. But when I read that Murad treats not only acne but also rosacia I had to try it. As an individual who rarely breaks out but when I do I seem to break out on my forehead and chin at the same time. I have tried several other products before, such as creams and face washes, nothing has worked as well as Murad has! When watching the advertisement for Murad, I didn't believe it would work but figured that there was no harm in trying it for 30 days. I don't use it every day but instead I use it for 4-5 days in a row when I see something develop. The Murad products have lasted me well over 3 months because you don't need to use the product in abundance. This product, unlike others has not left my skin dry after using it. I 100% recommend this product to anyone who is willing to try a product after attempting to use others that have not provided them with the results they expected.

I am 38 years young. I have always had great looking skin never had a problem with acne until about 2 yrs ago. Talk about a bummer. I could not understand what was going on always take care of my skin. But only started having a problem with breakouts in the chin area then it started around nose not bad but enough to be bothered by it. Well I think I have tried evrything I think that is out their, somethings worked a little. It turns out that this area of breaking out in Women geting older is associated with Hormonal another thing we Women have to worry about. While I was in Ulta one day I decided to ask one of the girls their about the acne spot treatment from Murad. She raved about it and advised that I try the Acne Clarifying cleanser too. My is usually dry but I seemed to have become slightly oily in the T-zone another change. Well I was a little concerned about my skin becoming too dry . But she advised that I use my regular hydrating wash in the morning with the spot treatment......

I have really sensitive skin, and have issues with adult acne. I bought the Murad acne kit hoping to find something that would work with both of my issues. Most products are good for one or the other, but not both. I really like the cleanser. It makes my skin tingle and feel refreshed, and it isn't harsh. The exfolliating treatment gel was another story. I only used it once a day, as I knew there would be some irritation. It cleared up my acne very well. Unfortunately, the second morning after using it, I woke to find my face swollen and red! I had to discontinue use. The spot treatment didn't bother me as much, though I did notice some pinkness. The moisturizer was fantastic. It really had the perfect amount of moisture. It didn't leave me feeling oily, or too dry. I actually wrote the company about my reaction to the treatment gel, and they sent me samples of a moisturizing acne treatment gel, and while it isn't as effective as the exfolliating gel, it...

I have had bad acne since three months but after using this product, it made my skin worse. Previously I had only a few breakouts but ever since I started this my skin became worse. I wouldn't recommend this product at all for acne sufferers as its only going to make your present condition worse and you would be paying for something which is ineffective. I would rather recommend to try products from Clear Pores, Zenmed or Accutane....

I just started going to murad for facials and the girl there recommended I try this line. So, I just recently started it.

It seems to work pretty well. It is a bit drying on my face though.

I wish they had a better sunscreen for the face. The only one that they have for oily skin is scented and very greasy.

I have always washed my face with something. I tryed proactive that was not good it was to strong it actually hurt my skin when i tried it, it was to much, so i tried so many diffrent products over sevral years this seems to work better then I thought I never had bad skin now that i am adult i had oily skin and break out under the skin, this this product my skin smooth and less oily, and i used for my wedding and my face looked good. no problems for it,...

I have used Pro Active before and a bunch of the drug store brands and I have had no real success. Murad has been great for me! My skin is clearer, the red spots I had from previous breakouts are gone! I can leave the house without makeup and not feel horrible now. These products are easy to use, they don't take alot of time and the results are wonderful! I highly recommend trying this product....

I've been using Murad skin products for several years now. I can't say that it will work for everybody. I've seen a few cases where it did no good, but I can say that I was hooked after the first week. My skin has never been in better condition. I also like that the products are available retail and that each part of the kit can be purchased separately....

I'm trying to get rid of my acne and I've tried everything, down to Accutane.

I opted for Murad in hopes of finding a product, or series of products that would, in combination, clear up what nothing else has.

The three step process is nothing but salicylic acid. The cleanser is a cleanser and toner together, so if you get it near your nose or eyes, it stings. The "treatment" is 2% (I think) salicylic acid, and the moisturizer is just traditional moisturizer. There is also a spot treatment that is sulfur based. It is a poor value for the money and anyone could buy similar products in a drug store and, in combination, get clearer skin. I've continued to have breakouts while using the products, only now instead of deep cystic acne, I have large whiteheads.
