PPJ says "Awesome toy, teaches instruments when kids get older" about Munchkin Mozart Magic Cube

This is one of the best toys ever. We got this one as a hand me down. Both my girls used it and then the battery cover broke. I emailed the compant and they sent me a new one, at NO CHARGE. It is white and the cube is yellow (they must have changed the color), but it still works great. My son is now into it as well.

I really love how the instruments can be singled out to their particular part and then added back in very easily. There are quite a few different classical pieces and this would be a great product to use in schools at just about any level. It really is that cool.

Worth every penny.
...

The Munchkin Mozart Magic Cube is such a great baby toy!! My son spends countless amounts of time enjoying this toy. We bought it for him from Toys R Us and since the day we brought it home, he is just in love with it. He rolls it and the look on his face when he hears the "music" he created is priceless. I had a couple of my friends over with their babies, and they immediately fell in love with the Munchkin Mozart Magic cube. They said gthey would be going out and getting one for their babies. I am pregnant with my second child now and I am going to be sure to keep the Munchkinn Mozart Magic cube for him or her. I am sure he or she will enjoy it just as much. If you want a cool toy for your baby that will also teach them music, go out and get the Munchkin Mozart Magic Cube. They really are not too expensive. I think I spent around twenty dollars for the one I got for my son. If you are pregnant, put it on your wish list. Many stores sell them. Toys R Us is the place that I bought...
...

The Munchkin Mozart Magic Cube

My brother and his wife bought the Mozart Magic Cube for our oldest baby's first Christmas. It was one of her favorite toys on through the toddler years and the same with her brother. As parents we loved that it played "real music" by Mozart and that we could use it teach kids the names of instruments and to distinguish the sounds of instruments.

How the Munchkin Mozart Magic Cube works:

There is a picture of an instrument on each side of the cube. Babies can push the button to hear one instrument or keep pushing buttons to add more than one. Baby can also push "orchestra" to hear all of the instruments. If baby pushes a lit up and playing button a second time, that instruments stops and the light goes out. Oh the power!

More about the Munchkin Mozart Magic Cube:

-Plays 8 different Mozart so there's no annoying or constantly repeated song to drive parents crazy

-Plays 5 different instruments: violin, flute, french horn, paino, harp plus an...
...

dixiechickn says "Easy to push buttons!" about Munchkin Mozart Magic Cube

The Munchkin Mozart cube is a great toy for babies! My son is 7 months old and just getting to where he's interested in toys other than the little rattles or little people or stuffed animals that he can put in his mouth (Well he's still interested in those, but he likes other toys as well now). I looked at several toys, trying to decide what to buy him now that he's needing different types of toys, and the Munchkin Mozart Cube seemed like the best one to start out with because of all the buttons, and when I got it, I found out the buttons were so easy to push which makes it even better! My son hasn't quite figured out pushing the buttons is making the music start, but he plays with it and turns it over, and hits the buttons on accident while doing that and starts the music. He likes watching the lights come on and go off as he pushes buttons, and I really like the music it plays. A mix of classical and children's tunes, and it's not too loud or annoying.
...

This toy was a lot of fun. My son dropped it plenty of times and broke the battery cover twice. That must happen often because there's specific instructions on the Munchkin site about contacting them regarding that issue. They replaced it promptly - and for free - both times....

coopertbj says "My son's favorite toy for two years" about Munchkin Mozart Magic Cube

This Munchkin Mozart Magic Cube was my son's favorite toy when he was a baby until he was almost three. He adored it and it was especially convenient for car trips. The music is very pretty so it isn't one of those annoying noise-making toys that drive parents nuts. The lights blinking to the music is hypnotic and it lays the foundation for the concept of musical texture by allowing the child to add or take away the specific instruments one at a time. It wasn't real durable so we had to be very careful with it. Fortunately, my son is very gentle with his toys, but even as gentle as he is, we still had to replace his with a new one when it broke - he would probably still love the cube if we had continued to buy him new ones every year or so when it finally was dropped or something.
...

This is a great toy for parents of music lovers like my son is. The shape is fantastic too because he can pick it up very easily and it is not heavy or awkward to hold. My son plays with this toy a lot and it teaches him about music colors and shapes. It is very educational and I recommend it to all parents of toddlers as well as infants and older kids....

I just cannot say enough about this toy! I won it in a baby contest when my 7 year old was 1, and my 2 1/2 year old is still playing with it! It is pretty much indestructable!

It has 5 different instrument buttons including: Violin, Piano, Harp, French Horn, and Flute, or you can push the "Orchestra" button to hear them all play at the same time. You can add instruments one by one or take them away one by one to play 8 different Mozart compositions. Each button lights up also to tell you which ones are playing, and they blink along with the tempo of the song. This is just a wonderful toy! Your child will rediscover it over and over. My son plays with it in his crib until he falls asleep. I highly recommend it!
...
