I love this Mr. Coffee programmable coffee maker a lot - when I worked out of my home office it was perfect to brew a pot and then take it with me into the office. The pot stayed nice and hot for hours it seemed. And the coffee still tasted great.

I loved how it will beep to tell you the coffee is ready.

I love how you can regulate the strength of the brew.

I do not love that you have to use the pot to fill it with water - coffee makes used to come with a seperate container for water that worked so much better than using your coffee pot.

THAT is my only negative.

Otherwise it is an awesome coffee maker that I found reasonably priced.

The lid has to be removed when brewing coffee as it does not run in the pot fast enough and runs over the lid. Coffee is not warm enough when brewed

I love the Mr.Coffee coffee maker.It is a great machine and I would not be able to keep up with my two sons without it.I have told my friends and family about this machine and they have all gone out and bought one of their own.

LOVE this Mr. Coffee coffee maker! I adore always having the coffee ready when I wake up in the morning.

I also love the auto shut-off feature. Nothing worse than burnt coffee!!

This product is awesome,The system brews the coffee into a thermal carafe which keeps the coffee hot approx 5 or 6 hours and luke warm up to 10 hours if not longer.Once brewed the system has an auto shut off (No more going to work and worrying you left the coffee pot on at home) & because of no hotplate the coffee doesn't get that burnt taste as it does with traditional machines.

This coffee pot is the greatest to me. Since I intensely dislike the "burned" or over cooked taste and the too strong that occurs from sitting on a warmer it has been a great find for me. I special ordered the first one I had in 1998. It malfunctioned and they sent me a new one promptly. When they changed the style a little about 15 months ago, I wanted a new one with the digital clock. I put the other one at the office where I don't need a timer and have my digital here at home. I love the filters for the water, the brew strength control and the fact that the coffee stays hot without sitting on a burner, so it always tastes fresh made.

I have this coffee maker for 4 months now and I love it, the only thing that I don't really like is the process to have it clean every month, even when is very effective method, but makes a great coffee, easy to program and to use....

I purchased the Mr Coffee machine in Feb 08 and I've really enjoyed this coffee pot. You can clearly see how long it has been since you brewed the coffee, you are alerted to when the brewing cycle is complete, and you are alerted to the warmer being shut off. It's awesome!

The only thing I would change on the unit is the carafe's pourability. It seems to take forever and if you take the lid off it comes out way too fast.

Oh.. my husband wants to chime in that the coffee tastes and smells great when you pour a cup. But, you can't smell it while it's brewing into the warming carafe.

I just recently purchased this coffee maker. I really like it. It makes a great cup of coffee. The thermal pot keeps the coffee hot for hours after shutting it off. I tried to set the timer for the automatic coffee for morning...but I must not have done something right, I'll have to try it again....

I really like this coffee maker as it prevents the bitter taste of coffee from sitting on a burner and still stays hot for most of the day due to the thermal carafe. The only drawbacks are that you must constantly switch from pour to close on the lid to prevent the coffee from cooling quickly and also that it is a glass thermal interior, which if exposed to varying temperatures too quickly will shatter....
