HELLO TO ALL. I HAVE HAD A CELL PHONE FOR MANY YEARS NOW PRACTICALLY EVER SINCE THEY CAME OUT. I STARTED WITH A 30 MIN PAYPLAN AND NOW I'M ON UNLIMITED. ANY WAY I HAVE ALWAYS BEEN A NOKIA PHONE USER. UNTILL MY LAST UP GRADE, WHEN I SWITCHED TO THE MOTEROLA W 490. THIS HAS TO BEE THE COOLEST PHOME I HAVE EVER USED. IT HAS TAKEN ME SOME TIME TO GET USE TO USING IT HOWEVER I THINK ITS A REALL COOL PHONE. NOW YOU GOT TO KNOW THOUGTH THAT I DON'T DO ALOT OF TEXING OR ALL THAT CRAZY STUFF ON PHONES. i JUST PLAIN USE MY PHONE FOR A PHONE AND THATS JUST ABOUT ALL. THE CAMERA ON THE PHONE IS GREAT. IT HAS COME IN HANDY SEVERAL TIMES WHEN I REMEMBERED THAT I HAD ONE ON THE PHONE. THE PITCURE QUALITY IS GREAT AND I AM ABLE TO STORE THE PICS ON THE PHONE FOR AS LONG AS I WISH. THE PHONE IS EASY TO CHARGE AND HOLDS A CHARGE FOR A GOOD LONG WHILE. I LIKE THE FACT THAT WHEN IT IS CHARGING THERE IS A LITTLE GREEN LITE THAT STAYS LIT AND WHEN THE PHONE IS FULLY CHARGED THE LITE GOES OFF...

I hate this phone. I got it a year ago because the T-Mobile store recommended it and said that they don't get returned a lot and the people who have them like them. I do not like it at all. I have had nothing but problems with it since I got it. I got this phone in November of 2007. Within a month, it quit working and I returned it with my wraranty. They sent out a new phone and it broke too. In January I got a third phone (same model again) with my warranty. That one worked ok for a while and then in September 2008 I had to send it in for a new one. Sometimes the phone would just go blank for no reason (usually while I was on it) and I had to take the battery out and turn it back on and it would be fine. The recent call list was always messed up. Every 5 calls or so one line would show up with a bunch of random characters and symbols instead of the person's name. It has a memory card, and the phone would say that the memory card had been inserted or removed when I wasn't......
