These jeans I bought were the ones with the full panel that went under your ribs. I liked them at first when I was about 5-6 months pregnant, They were great in the beginning stages of pregnancy, especially during the transition stages when your regular clothes wouldn't fit so well and when the maternity didn't fit that well either. You could fold the flap over and wear them under the belly and as you got bigger you could unfold them and wear them above the belly. But as soon as I got any bigger than 6-7 months along the flap would fall down and every time I would pull it back up, they would dig into the top of my belly. They weren't stretchy in the legs either and for me who was a woman who gained a significant amount of weight during pregnancy, they wouldn't fit around my legs towards the end of my pregnancy. They were however, fashionable and blended in with the popular styles of jeans worn at the time. So all in all I would rate the jeans at about a 6-7 on a scale of 1-10....

Motherhood maternity jeans do look very nice, they are super flattering and do wonders for a very pregnant figure! Alas, they are pretty pricey though and in some ways not worth it. Maybe it's because I am a shorter, slightly heavier set girl (about a size 14) but I found that I could only get the jeans to stay up when I was really big in my third trimester. I bought some belly band things that helped them to stay up before and after, but I was still disappointed. During my last pregnancy one of the thing I loved was still having my maternity jeans after as stylish, comfy jeans. These jeans are hard to do that with. The panel also tended to bunch up under the bustline, again maybe because I'm short (5'2"). Also, the panel eventually frays in the wash. One pair I had frayed within the first two weeks and another pair took about six months. That doesn't help with the staying up problem and trying to untangle all your other clothes from them in the wash is difficult. So...

I bought the full-belly maternity jeans and was only partially satisfied. While the jeans are good quality, true to the Motherhood name, the fit leaves one wanting. The belly band needs constant readjusting and comes a bit too low - several of my maternity shirts don't cover the low band, so I am having to supplement them with long under tanks. Overall, an ok purchase. I would not buy the same product again though.

Motherhood maternity jeans really hold up! I bought two pair and wore them both through two pregnancies and was able to sell them afterwards. They are also great for post-birth especially having two cesareans, I needed clothing that wasnt too tight on my healing belly. I really like the high panel waist ones because I did have issues with the thin banded ones getting twisted! These jeans are stylish and fit my body for the entire 9 months!

I heard rave reviews about Motherhood Maternity Jeans so when my waistband began to expand beyond my pre-pregnancy jeans I knew where I needed to go to purchase new jeans. After several washes I noticed that my jeans were beginning to resemble the acid washed jeans I wore in the eighties (okay, maybe not that bad, but definitely not the color they were when I bought them). I had a hard time keeping them up. I thought maybe I just needed to grow into them. Even up to the point where I out-grew them, I still had to pull them up all the time. Lord willing we will get pregnant again. At that time I will be looking for a different brand of maternity jeans.

I used these jeans through three pregnancies over the course of three years and I washed them constantly because they were the only pair of maternity jeans that I had. They were very durable and only until the last two months of my third pregnancy did they elastic waste band have a tiny tear in it. These jeans were by far the best investment I made during this time.

I am a very stylist person, and went we got pregnant we our first baby I wated forever to purshase a pair of jeans afraid that i would have to wear the typical, tube, big wait stretch pants... WRONG!!! When I get to Motherhood Maternity, I found the perfect pair of jeans, they were not only stylish, but extremelly comfortable, they had diferent colors, styles and I left the store with 3 pairs. I now have 2 beautiful boys and I have to say that those jeans were worn enough times. I worn them for work, for social events and I loved them. Now I have passed them to a friend who is as stylish as I am!!! I recommend all of you moms with style to shop at Motherhood Maternity, their selection is huge, and you can find outfits for any occasion, social, work or sporty!!!

Motherhood stores are Exspensive when you get down to it. I am sorry to say but even though I do love them when they go on sale or clearance out these stores are not cheap and dont give the bang for your buck as they should!

The Length on Maternity pants is difficult to match the length in what you need for your body structure.

I have also noticed that they tend to never have the size that I need and that normally runs an XLRG. I would have to say unless you have nothing else around you, going to the motherhood store would be not practical for an average daily life. Burlington Coat Factory has Maternity they are great on prices as well as Practicality. another great store would be Macys,Provided you have these around you and also Marshals. However, If you cant afford Maternity clothes then you can always go to Walmart, and pick up a size up from what you would normally wear. I personally wear a size 11 in juniors I know where a womans size xlarge due to being pregnant. they...

Hi, I'm a mom with two daughters, a three-year old and one 18 month old. My salvation during my pregnancies was Motherhood Maternity! I've always been practical with my money and spending a load of money on clothes I will outgrow (hopefully!) in a few months just never made sense to me. At the same time I pride myself on my appearance so the perfect solution for me was Motherhood Maternity. Their jeans are superb! At $35 dollars a pair there were perfection. There is a comfortable and wide elastic band that wouldn't leave a mark on my belly after wearing and such a great fit on the thighs and legs. I have yet to find such comfort in regular jeans! There tops and nursing bras are also way more reasonably priced than most other maternity stores out there (and I have scoped most of them out). Why compromise on quality when you can get it at an affordable price and feel great about yourself?

i absolutly LOVED my motherhood maternity capris! i seriously wore them anytime they were clean. even sometimes when they dirty! lol! the waist band was soft and very stretchy. my little man didnt like anything touching my belly or he would kick it until i moved it. these pants were so light on my tummy he didnt want to kick it as much as some of the waist bands on other pants! i even wore them after i had him for awhile. i had to have a c sections so everything bothered my incision but these capris. i did pay aobut $50 for them but they were worth every penny! they were cute also which is so hard to find in maternity clothing. i also felt good cause i was able to buy a medium! i normally wear an extra large. i highly recommend these jeans. if i hadnt lost my baby weight i would probaly still wear them to this day and my baby is five months old! like i said they can sometimes be pricey but as much as you will want to wear them it is worth it!

I am currently 6 months pregnant an as excited as ever! This will be my first child and everything is brand new. As I started getting bigger I had no idea where to shop or what would look good on me... then I found Motherhood maternity. Not only did they have great fitting jeans that were comfortable, but also adorable tops an dresses. When I wear the jeans from Motherhood maternity people are always asking me if they are just my regular jeans. They cant even tell the difference. Maternity clothing has come long way from the past. Its about time someone caught on that just because your pregnant doesnt mean you cant "look good". It use to be there was never anything cute or up to date with fashion to wear. watch out sweatpants and T-shirts. The clothes are so fashionable one could even wear them after they have a baby. I highly recomend getting their jeans an atleast trying their products... trust me, you wont regret it an youll be getting more complements then ever.

My first child was a summer baby, so by the time I was out growing my regular pants I was buying maternity shorts and capris instead. This pregnancy I'm due in November so the cooler months are on their way. Maternity clothes are so expensive and hard to find at stores like Walmart where I'm at. So I started looking up prices online and in other stores. I was floored at how outrageous the jeans were!! I love jeans all year round, so I figured it would be a useful item, but I wasn't willing to spend $45-$50 on a pair of maternity jeans that I will only get to wear a few months... not to mention, this is my last baby, so I will never wear again!! AND to top it all off, I'm only 5 foot and the stores I looked at didn't sell petite maternity. I was browsing online one day and I found that Motherhood Maternity not only carried different styles of their jeans, they also carried PETITE!! Woo hoo!! Motherhood Maternity Secret Belly jeans are the most comfortable maternity jeans I have ever encountered. Rather than a thick belly panel that shows under your shirts and cuts into the basic design of the jean, the secret belly panel is made of a much thinner material that you are able to stretch to just under your breasts or roll down to where the panel is comfortable for you. The design of the jeans is not interrupted by the panel! Unlike most maternity jeans, these look so much like real jeans there are no worries about a panel showing and letting everyone know!

These jeans come in a variety of colors, washes, and cuts. My personal favorites are the sand blasted wash and the dark wash. The secret belly is also available in capris, shorts, and khakis. There are secret belly bottoms for all requirements during pregnancy. They are very durable and very comfortable to wear. I highly recommend these jeans to any woman who is ready for comfortable maternity clothing!
