I've just recently started really watching what I eat. I was getting tired of veggies and fruit for every meal. I always figured veggie-based "meat replacement" products were disgusting. But I went on a whim and tried the MorningStar Farms Buffalo Wings. And WOW! I'm blown away. They taste delicious. Has a nice heat to it with the hot sauce in the breading. And it has a nice texture to it. It wasn't all mushy like I was expecting. I'm certainly putting this on my grocery list. And I'm certainly trying other MorningStar Farms products!...

My girlfriend is a vegetarian and we never keep meat in the house. I have also been trying to eliminate meat from my diet, both for health and environmental reasons. Still, old habits are hard to break. I always loved chicken nuggets. Luckily, Morningstar Farms makes soy-based chicken nuggets that i like even better than the real thing (and I challenge anyone who doesn't know what they are eating to figure out they aren't real chicken!). This review is for the Morningstar Farms Veggie Buffalo Wings variety -- they are good, but the spiceyness can creep up on you if you eat too many at once....

The MorningStar Farms Veggie Buffalo Wings are one of the best veggie products out there right now! I decided recently to start eating healthier (my job doesn't provide much time) and the MSF brand was recommended to me. Being a chicken nugget/buffalo wing lover, I decided to try these and wow! They're really delicious, and a serving size (5 pieces) is surprisingly filling! The breading makes a bit of a mess, so make sure you put them on a baking sheet, but they're really yummy and have just enough kick to them without going overboard....

I love almost everything MorningStar and their Veggie Buffalo Wings do not disappoint! The funny thing is, I never ate REAL Buffalo Wings back when I wasn't a vegetarian, but I love these veggie versions of them.

Made of Soy and Wheat Products, these vegetarian wings don't really taste like chicken, but they do taste great! The breading is a little spicy, just the way I like it. The inside is not mushy or anything like that. Instead it's a nice solid texture that makes it feel almost like you were chewing chicken. I'm sure non-vegetarian's wouldn't be fooled, but I still enjoy these even if they don't taste exactly like chicken!

The serving size is 5 wings, but I usually eat about 8, unless I'm having a side dish with it. These are great as a meal alone for me! I like to dip them in ketchup/mustard OR in ranch dressing depending on my mood. However most of the time, I dip them in barbeque sauce just like you would for regular Buffalo Wings. They taste good with any kind...
