I used the old stuff for years with great results. But when I tried the new formula I hated it! It made me want to eat more so I gained weight instead. It is also hard to find and most stores are discontinuing it because of lack of sales.

This dite pill is very good dite pill to take if you want to lose weight fast. but the side effects are that it cleans all the fat out of your system. you can rellly gain some watedr weight behind this pill but not enought to tell and be alarm about. I took this pill for about a mounth and i lost a lot of weight from takeing it I was 199 and i lost down to a size 16 an i was wearing a size 18 so you can see how mubh i have lost and i have kept it of for 3 years. it will teach you how to eat right an what not to eat as for as fat and greass but let me give you some advice, when you start takeing this pill be aware that i will start working the secound day that you take it and all the fat that you have eaten the day before and the day of you will pay for some time that next day becaus this pill cleans your system out and flush out all the bad stuff that you place in you body with the things you eat.

Okay, okay. We all know that diet pills alone won't cause you to lose tons of weight, but I've found that by taking Metabolife and exercising 3-4 times a week, I have seen a difference as opposed to exercising alone. My relationship with Metabolife started 10 years ago, after the birth of my oldest child. That was back in the day when Ephedra was legal, and Metabolife was chocked full of it! Not only did it help me lost 60 pounds in 6 months, I did it with very little exercise and it helped me get through those late nights with a new baby. The old Metabolife caused me to have the shakes, which was a little strange, but since the weight was coming off I decided to put up with it. Now that Ephedra is illegal, this product doesn't work as well, unfortunately. I had another baby a couple of years ago and I really had to exercise a lot along with taking the pills before I lost the weight. Yes, I was 8 years older than I was the first time around, but these pills have lost their potency without...

Back when this was a new product on the market it worked great to a point. I did lose some weight but then it stopped working, as everything eventually does, and the cost was also an issue. There have been many knock-offs who could not measure up at all to the Metabolife brand but I don't know that I would bother with it now that it has been changed. The mass marketing of this product to be sold in Walmart and other large chains may have actually hurt the ability of the manufacturers to make this product as well as they used to....

When I first tried Metabolife it was with the first formula, I lost weight and loved it but the new formula stinks and they need to revise it back again. Would not recommend and will not use again. It not only does nothing for my weight but it makes me feel tired and useless....
