artzyladi says "makes my skin feel like velvet and looks fantastic" about Maybelline Dream Liquid Mousse

this makeup is great! It goes on silky smooth, like it just glides over the surface of your skin. Just like it is whipped and light but it has just the right amount of coverage without being at all heavy or dry looking. It makes my skin look dewy and fresh but feels clean and silky smooth. Maybelline dream mouse foundation is the only one I use now and I have tried so many different brands and they all made me look older because they dried out my skin and brought more notice to the lines on my face instead of hiding them. Dream mouse foundation just makes my skin look younger and doesn't even look like I have makeup on except that I look better and I feel great about it. The other added bonus is that it is really affordable. My sister had just bought one of those pricey mineral makeup's that you send away for and called me raving about it and how had to try it , well after I told her about Dream Mouse foundation and how I would never use anything else she went out and bought...
...

I love the feel of Maybelline Dream Liquid Mousse as I put it on. It blends well and seems to "melt" right into my skin. It has just the right amount of coverage to take care of red blotches and under-eye circles. My face has that "airbrushed" look that I love.

I only wish the coverage would last longer. By the time I get home from work, my skin looks washed-out and uneven again.
...

AmbrosiaRainn says "Excellent Coverage" about Maybelline Dream Liquid Mousse

Im a huge fan of mineral make up, the powder. However as I've gotten older I notice it settles into my pores and fine lines.

As a result I tried Maybelline Dream Liquid Mousse make up and was impressed with its coverage. I didn't have to pile it on to get the coverage needed. It doesn't sink into my pores and fine-lines, and gives an even tone.

When looking for a base make-up, I look for exceptional coverage without it looking like I have a ton of make -up on, and feeling like I have a pound on my face. This make-up provided these results.

I do have somewhat oily skin, not too bad, but in the T zone I find that it does "slip" off during the day and I have to reapply the make up. That said, after reading reviews on Dream Mousse matte, I will try that.

Overall, I would recommend this make up for its exceptional coverage, lightweight feel, and cost.
...

Maybelline Dream Liquid Mousse is ok. I tried it with bare skin and had a horrible time getting it smooth. I use it over a moisturizer just because I hate to through anything out. Still not prefect but better than without the moisturizer. I am definitly disappointed in this product. I had high hopes for it after seeing all of the commercials and ads in magazines.
...

I have always been searching for a great foundation that is not too heavy and matches my skintone exactly. I am so happy that I have found Maybelline Dream Liquid Mousse! It has great coverage and does not dry out my skin. It blends into my skin very easily and does not create any extra lines. This foundation is awesome!
...

Kaimania says "Turns me into a grease ball" about Maybelline Dream Liquid Mousse

So i was in search for a new foundation product and saw that the Maybelline Dream liquid mousse was on sale. I think it was like $7-ish and it also came with a Dream matte powder so it was a good deal.

The foundation itself is very light weight and effective. A little goes a long ways.

It looks and feels great for a little while but as time goes on it just makes my face look and feel greasy and i dont have very oily skin to begin with.

Its a nice product if you dont mind touching up with powder ever 30 minutes. However i wll not continue to buy this product.

Just on an off note the Dream matte poweder works very nicely. :)

Hi,

I am 50+ and was intreged by the commercials where they pour the new Dream Liquid Mousse over a golf ball and it smooths out the dimples (pores). I thought it might 'hide' some of the crepiness under my eyes. It seems to help some, but not a whole lot. Otherwise, I like the make up and it looks very natural on, no problem with irratation or anything. I was using a Mabelline product before, and will keep using 'the mousse" until something else comes along to try.
...

Maybelline Dream Liquid Mousse has been a real find for me. I have tried so many foundations but they all ended up in the trash. I always felt so fake wearing them, like everyone knew I had something unnatural on my face. I was really skeptcal about the claims of Dream Mousse, however, I was truly surprised!! My skin looked almost flawless with only the tiniest amount of product I applied. The shades available suited my tone wonderfully. My skin is combination oily and dry but It complimented all areas perfectly. People have complimented me on how beautiful my complexion appears and have asked me what my secret is. The really great part is that such a little goes a long, long way. I don't usually feel compelled to recommend products to anyone, however, this will be an exception. The price is so low for the quality of the product. I am really happy with the performance! Dream Liquid Mousse is a keeper!
...

redirishphotogrl says "Maybelline Dream Liquid Mousse doesn't give you an airbrush look" about Maybelline Dream Liquid Mousse

Maybelline says that their "Dream Liquid Mousse" foundation is suppose to give you an airbrush finish and will not settle into your pours...it does not give you an airbrush finish and it does settle into your pours. It really doesn't cover anything without the help of concealer and press powder and that's not enough. Not to mention, it is very messy and "slimey". I will say that is does blend well into you skin tone, but that's it. I will not purchase this product again. A lot of false advertisement and a waste of money.
...

MellaView says "I Had Such High Hopes...Instead I got Pimples" about Maybelline Dream Liquid Mousse

I was at one time a huge fan of Maybelline's Matte Dream Mousse, and when commercials began springing up about their newest Dream Mousse Liquid Foundation, I went straight to my local superstore looking for it!

I figured the new Maybelline Liquid Dream Mousse would be as feathery airy as the concealer that came in a glass jar would. Figured it'd give me the same gorgeous airbrush flawless finish, and figured it would be worth the $7.99 I was about to spend on it.

Maybelline's New Dream Liquid Mousse Foundation comes in a glass stand up tube, but the plastic push down pump attached to it seemed a little flaky and cheap. I knew if I left it in my bag it would most likely break.

The cap it came with is also so pathetic, that I honestly think they could have saved resources by not adding it at all. It's a half cap!? Yeah! Can you believe that, a half cap!?

Anyhow, when I got home, I washed my face and exfoliated to make sure the foundation would spread evenly.

I pushed some of the foundation...
...

mrssnell says "Not for Oily Skin Types" about Maybelline Dream Liquid Mousse

I tried this Maybelline Dream Liquid Mousse because, well, I try 'em all (Maybelline products, that is). I seem to trust Maybelline a bit more than other reasonably priced cosmetic products.

This one's a tough product to review, and I'm tempted to give it a higher number of stars because it goes on beautifully, and is not overly "matte-y". That said, if you have an oily complexion (and oddly I do at my age), you've only got a couple of hours before you'll find yourself blotting away at your oily skin.

This product also irritates my eyes, though I haven't a clue why. I don't "foundate" my eyes! ;)

Additionally, although the color itself has staying power, this foundation is a devil to wash off the skin!

If you've got the oilies, I'd recommend you steer clear of this one!

<inserts apologies to Maybelline>
...

SwissMiss528 says "Maybelline Dream Liquid Mousse-AMAZING!" about Maybelline Dream Liquid Mousse

I have been on a search to find a good winter foundation that isn't drying, that gives a "dewy" look-that isn't easy to rub off. AT LAST-I have found it! This stuff is amazing. The pump bottle is very convenient, and the consistency of the product is just perfect-a little thicker than a standard liquid foundation, yet not sticky, runny or gooey. It applies like a dream and it really DOES give me the "airbrushed" look! Even better, it lasts all day! The most I have to do is blot a little excess oil on my T-zone in the middle of the day. it gives the "dewy" look, yet it doesn't make my face look too oily. IT DOES NOT "cry" off!! :) I know because I thought my face would be streaked after a counseling session-but no! It was just fine. It doesn't rub off easily either. It's definitely a thumbs up for me! I am very fair, and Porcelain Ivory looks very natural on me-not too dark at all....
