I used this service to get my kids some of the magazines they were wanting to try.and the prices on this website are very reasonable. When you place your order for one title they offer and additional title at a very discounted rate.I ordered Sports Ill. for kids and national Geografic for kids for $25.92 I thought that was a great deal for those titles....

This site has many ways to search, allowing you to look for something if you don't have any idea what you want. This is a great tool if you are a last minute gift giver. You can print something to put in a greeting card or have it emailed to them letter the reciever know that they are getting a subscription as a gift. Also, if you plan ahead you can have a notice mailed. Those are pretty much the best things about this site. Their prices are only average. I have found many other sources to be cheaper, just not as handy in a pinch. They also give you the option to have the gift automaticly renewed. I don't really like that. The subscriptions can last for a year or two and then you are gonna have a surprise expense at renewal time. The last time I bought a gift there I was careful not to choose automatic renewal. Then around the end of the subcription I got several emails notifying me that it was going to expire. I clearly choose not renew and they still sent me more emails , I didn't like...
...

What a great way to order quality magazines! Prices are competitive - in fact one offer was cheaper than the in-magazine offer I was considering. Order process was easy and fast.
...

I came across this site through My Points and tried them. They are reliable and great to work with.

Be careful, however, and read the small print on the automatic renewal. I thought by checking this my subscription would automatically be renewed at the lowest price available through Magazines.com. It you read the fine print it is at the price set by the publisher. For an example I ordered Sports Illustrated one year for $39.95 and checked auto. renewal. When it renewed it was at the publisher's price of $49.95. I called Magazines.com and they told me that price was, in fact, correct. So I xld it with the agent. She was great. Very polite, helpful and took care of the cancellation. I then went on to order it again at the $39.95 price and DID NOT check the auto. renew box.

Then I ordered a magazine for my 16 year old granddaughter. When I told her mother what I had ordered, she advised she was already getting that. I called immediately and without a hassle, it was...
...

NahlaBean says "Excellent Product...Too Many Emails" about Magazines.com

I am a magazine freak, and usually have one available to read whenever, wherever I go. This site has access to all the good ones, and a few I had never heard of or would have thought of. Once ordered, I received excellent customer service from each magazine company with excellent follow up of the order.

However, once an order was placed, I am hounded with emails to purchase more. I enjoy the offer of great deals and discounts, but these emails are at least every other day.
...

PattyTherre says "Our magazines came fast and just as we ordered. No scam here!" about Magazines.com

Quick View

This site has been reliable for me on two occasions and, thus far, I am pleased with the service. Prices are generally good and subscriptions start quickly.

Full View

After my debacle with MagsForLess.com (see my review), I probably should have bypassed all subscription services and just subscribed straight through the publishers of the magazines I wanted but I had been getting email from Magazines.com and I wanted to buy my sister, my husband, and myself a couple magazine subscriptions and didn't have time to hunt down each one and order through the publishers. I had ordered through the site before but it was a long while ago and couldn't remember at that time if all went well so I went to check the site out. Magazines.com looked reliable. There was a phone number visible on the page and the prices were not too low to be true but were reasonable. I decided to roll the dice and get my subscriptions through the site.

We are all enjoying our subscriptions and everything went picture...
...
