I don't like to say anything bad about MAC products because most everything I LOVE - there seem to be a lot of good reviews about these pigments but I'm going to have to disagree.

I used to sell real pigment eye shadow - real pigment eyeshadows you can use in so many different ways. They can be used as eyeshadow (obviously), lip gloss, eyeliner, mascara, nail polish - pretty much anything. They also go on very easily and stay on throughout the day.

However, these MAC pigments you can only use as eyeshadow and compared to most other brands it's also more expensive than the real stuff. Also, to get it on well and have it show up the way it's supposed to look, you have to buy another product in a tube that you apply first to get it to stay on, which is another expense. Trust me, I'm willing to spend more on make up that I really love, but after buying this I definitely wouldn't waste my money on it again. It's pretty much just glitter in a little bottle for almost $20.

I seriously love mac pigments! I love all the colors available, how long they last, ways you can wear them, etc. The only thing is you need a really good base (i use mac painterly) for it to be more vibrant and stick also sometimes it can fall on your face under your eyes. I use them daily.

So, this MAC pigment eyeshdow is amazing in all colors and shades. The colors a vibrant, exciting, shimmery, go on smooth, and stay on all day! It is a very loose powder, so you have to be careful not to have it fall all over your face because it smears and is hard to get off. The eyshadow is only really effective is first, if you know how to do make up well and can blend and mix colors well and second, if you have the right tools and make-up applicators to do it. The Mac eyeshadow brushes are a must have if you want eye make-up like their models have. I thought all make-up brushes were the same and that the MAC brushes were a gimmick, but they really work. I know its hard to buy them because the are more expensive than the eyeshadows, but if you want the most from this eye shadow and all of your eyeshadows buy them. It will make blending eaiser and using the shadow as a liner easier to! These eyeshadows are the best.

I love MAC and I love their Pigments. I consider myself a MAC expert having been using the brand since 1998. The Pigments are such an awesome product. You can custom blend colors, make your own eyeshadow, add them to lip-gloss, add them to nail polish and even use them on your face. The Pigments are really free from limits and the amount you get in the jar could easily last you several lifetimes. With that said, the price is also a great price. The Pigments come in a variety of colors as well as finishes. Everything from matte to frost. The only downfall is that some colors are often released as limited edition items and are hard to come by should you decide to stock up or even if you have an accident and spill the jar. Also, one should take time to read the insert in the box as some colors are not recommended for use around eyes or on the lips.

I love MAC makeup and I use a lot of their eyeshadows. I went through this phase where I only wanted to wear the pigments, although they can get messy from being loose powdered you can use them in so many different ways. With a good base and a good brush, the pigments will stay on your eyes all day long. I have never tried this, but I heard you can use them to make nail polish. I personally think that is pretty cool. ;]

The MAC pigements are amazing!! i would recommend them to anyone. You can add them to a lipgloss to make a great color lipgloss, you can add it to a clear nailpolish to creat a personalised color.

It comes in many different colors.

This pigment eye showder is great.. And they give you so much. I had so much of it in one purchase that they gave me two addition containers to give gifts to someone else. this is well worth the money you pay fo it. The color is great and last all day.

I bought my first mac pigment from Nordstrom's for $19.50 and it lasted forever. I always get a ton of compliments on my eye shadow when I use MAC. Currently, I buy it for cheaper on ebay. A lot of ebay buyers buy the larger container @ $19.50 and separate the pigment into smaller containers. I like to buy it on ebay because usually they sell the pigment in a lot of 8 smaller containers for really cheap.

I love this stuff because they have awesome colors, which seriously lasts you a long, long time. However, it can be messy if you are not careful, and spill in your makeup bag if you do not lock it up tight. You can also put it in a separate zip lock bag to keep your other stuff clean. I heart the mac glitter pigment too, because it gives you a great look for going clubbing or out on the town. If you buy the Mac retail you can return 6 containers to the mac counter for a free lipstick. It is called the back to Mac program.

This product goes on so smooth and lasts all day. It is the best product that MAC has and I wouldnt be without it in my bag! It is so versatile and the color choices are great and you can mix them together to create colors of your own. MAC pigment is th ebest product to have in your bag as you can not only use as eye shadow but you can also add to powder to create different looks for evening and special events....

This stuff is so beautiful and there is so much there. You will never run out. It spreads well and it makes a dramatic effect. The color is dimensional, it shines without looking glittery. For the price, this is better quality and has a greater quantity than many other eyeshadows out there. This stuff is famous for a reason....

By far the best makeup ever created. You can spend a pretty penny on it....but it lasts longer so...why not??

Pigments are awesome. You can mix them with your gloss, add it on your cheeks......or my fav of course is using a shimmering Mac primer on my eyes and slathering the gorgeous pigments on that Mac has to offer. THIS STUFF IS BRIGHT, BEAUTIFUL, and WILL LAST!

Let me start this out by saying that I am not a makeup junkie. I usually wear powder and lip gloss, and that's it. However, MAC is the only eye makeup i wear. it's expensive, but worth every penny. the pigment is awesome because you can use it for your eyes, lips or cheeks (depending on color and your level of adventure). it's super easy to use, incredibly versatile, and lasts forEVER! i usually use my pigment on top of cream eyeshadow, but it's a pink color, so i'll sometimes use it on my lips or cheeks (mixed on top of powder or with lotion). it's a great way to change up my look without spending another $10 or $20 on new lipstick/gloss or blush.
