Bottom-Line: Lysol Neutra Air Sanitizing Spray Fresh is one of those brands we tried before we found Febreze Air Effects, so we'll finish the can, but probably will not purchase another.

The search for the perfect air freshener/ air sanitizer seems endless. We have over the years used them all, or tried them all, it seems. Our current can of choice is Febreze Air Effects, Linen and Sky, but we still have a can of Lysol Neutra Air Sanitizing Spray Fresh floating around the laundry room on lingering cat duty.

Reasonably priced at $2.19 per 10.0 oz can at-where else-my local Super Target, Lysol Neutra Air Sanitizing Spray Fresh, ships is a tall slender multi-colored can. The coloring change depending on the fragrance inside the can; other scents include: Citrus, and Morning Linen.

Lysol claims that Neutra Air Sanitizing Spray Fresh "destroys bacterial odors at the SOURCE & in the AIR" And it also claims to kill "odor-causing bacteria."

We have two pets who need lots of maintenance and after cleaning up after them, sometimes the odor still lingers, so a quick spray of Lysol Neuta Air citrus scent, takes care of the residual odors quickly. I find myself using this spray in the recycling bin in our pantry just about once a day. I also use it each time I change the garbage bag in the kitchen. The clean fresh scent is never perfume-like and is never overpowering.

This is the third time buying the product in a package of 3 and I always end up having to deal with a defective spray bottle not even halfway thru the spray wont work anymore but I could still feel that it is very heavy and about 2/3rd of the contents left in the can. It's frustrating...

Lysol Neutra Air is a sanitizing spray. A sister product to the traditional Lysol, which is a surface sanitizer, this product is a two in one, surface and air sanitizer. Neutra Air destroys odor-causing bacterias, including but not limited to the flu virus. This product "kills 99.9% of Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli (E.coli) 0157:H7 and Influenza A2 on hard, non porous surfaces in 10 minutes." This product is intended to sanitize and disinfect and to prevent mold and mildew. Lysol Neutra Air has the seal of approval for containing NO CFC's and the steel can is recycleable.

I prefer Lysol Neutra Air Morning Dew Scent; a relaxing smell! I honestly am unsure if the product really does kill bacteria because I wouldn't know how to test for such a claim. However, Lysol Neutra Air does eliminiate the odors, so I would think it works, and the scent is pleasant without being overpowering. I do feel comforted in feeling that, even if Neutra Air kills bacteria just a little,...

Neutra Air is the best overall odor eliminator and air freshener I have tried. I have a three-year old daughter and a dog. Neutra Air takes care of any smells they make. My cooktop does not have a vent hood, so my house smells like whatever I am cooking. Neutra Air takes care of the food smells. This is a better overall product for me rather than regular Lysol....

It works great at knocking out the odors that "come up" at my place of business. Lysol helps with the catalytic converter smells, and also with the people smells! Auto repair shops have all kinds of strong,nasty smells, and Lysol Neutra Air takes care of all of them....
