Quick View: Lipsyl Lip Balm is great. It lasts a long time on my lips and truly softens and hydrates them. I am a lip balm junkie and have dozens of brands but I think Lipsyl Lip Balm is one of the best I have - in any price range.

About Lipsyl Lip Balm

I buy lip balms every time I go to a store that sells them. I usually use Carmex when I need a thick, tingly balm and flavored balms for fun and some hydration. I saw Lipsyl Lip Balm at the check out at Rite Aid and tossed a tube into my "to buy" stuff. I wasn't expecting much but I really like how this simple balm works.

This .1 ounce tube of balm comes in original and a few other varieties. I have the original formula. The tube is slim and there is a little slider on the side to push up the clear, solid balm. It smells minty and immediately starts tingling when I put it on. I love that tingle! This isn't a thick balm but it coats the lips very well in just a pass or two of the stick.

As a lip balm addict, I've tried pretty much every one that has crossed my path. My ideal product is one that moisturizes, has minimal shine, and is long-lasting. I've tried so many, but there are very few that I would actually buy again. I actually bought Lypsyl Lyp Moisturizer because one of my students told me about it. She (and all of the rest of my students) had seen me applying my lip stuff pretty much every day, so she knew I was into this kind of product. I'm so happy that she told me about this lip balm because I absolutely love it!!!

Lypsyl Lip Balm is sold in an 0.10 ounce oval plastic tube with a little slide tab to move the product up and down. The main ingredients include mineral oil, petroleum, paraffin, coconut oil, beeswax, and shea butter. When you apply Lypsyl, it leaves a nice layer on lips. I have to share my experience about how great this product is! I suffer from fever blisters often and dry lips constantly. This balm has been a miracle for me. I haven't had a breakout or dry lips since I started using this. It has a wonderful tingling feeling when you put it on and it doesn't have that overbearing wax taste. It glides on and stays on for a long time. Its worth trying it once and I bet you never go back to your old balm again!

When I was introduced to this product, I had never heard of it before. After trying it, I can tell you that I'll never use another brand. It is so soft and awsome! I also love that you don't have to re-apply it a million times a day....

This is my favorite new lip product, and I have tried a lot of brands. I work outside most days in extreme weather so my lips really take a beating.
