My husband and I used to have a tradition of going to the movies on Christmas Day. We went before my daughter was born so we did not lay around the house and mope about the step-kids having left to go to their mother's house for the day.

One year we saw "Love Actually" and you know what - it was the best holiday movie we EVER saw during the five year run of our tradition. My hubby ACTUALLY teared up during this wonderfully acted, fun to watch and wait for the twists, and everyone ends up where they belong, movie.

It just works on so many levels - and can be enjoyed anytime of year.

I especially enjoyed that Liam Neeson and Emma Thompson had such deep roles with so little screen time. love love love it!

I loved this movie. It shows the raw emotion of unexpected, first, and last loves. The people were imperfect and ordinary and yet you wanted to be in their situation. To find love the way they did. They were not stopped by language barriers, age, or the fact they may not be living in the same country. It shows how much people just want to be loved no matter where they are in life. It was beautiful.

I loved the movie Love Actually. I saw this movie last Christmas, and can't wait to watch again this Christmas! This movie had quite a few storylines to follow, and I loved them all. The cast was really great; one of my favorite storylines was with Keira Knightley, and I also loved the storyline with Hugh Grant. Some storylines were realistic, and others were not so much, but all of them were excellent. I also loved how everything tied in together. This movie had everything that I love; funny parts, touching scenes, romance, and realism. The music was great too! I bought this movie right after I rented it, and watched it 3 times that first month that I owned it. Now that it is Christmas season again, I am sure I will watch it another 3 times this month! I definitely recommend this movie....

I love this movie. It is a great holiday movie and wonderful romantic comedy. I love the interweaving of all the characters lives as the movie progresses. It is not your ordinary romantic comedy. I am also a huge Huge Grant fan and he is in this movie! This movie is perfect movie for date night! It is not just a cheesy romance like so many movies nowadays. My boyfriend could even sit through this one and he hates romantic movies. This is definitely a movie i watch over and over again. Highly recommend buying this dvd. It is a great dvd for ages.

Love Actually is a ... well lovely movie. The first time I saw it I thought it was a really cute little romantic comedy that was actually good. The tenth time I saw it I was still impressed with it. Its one of those movies that written well deeply enough to still have you figuring out new connections after dozens of watches. However unlike most movies like this it doesnt confuse you the first time through.

This movie is just 5 thumbs UP!!! It will leave you with that warm, fuzzy feeling as you leave the theatre.

The top actors like Hugh Grant, Liam Neeson, Collin Firth, Emma Thompson, Laura Linney, Kiera Knightley and Alan Rickman prove that this film is a great outcome of not only a best director but also of best performances of the actors/actresses. I was fascinated by how this movie manifests the univesal theme, Love, in many different forms of it-grief, pain, happiness, passion, joy..

Director Richard Curtis was best with this film at putting together this unconnected love stories for each individuals which come beautifully together in the end.

I am reviewing the movie Love Actually. I think this is the ultimate romantic comedy for any couple to enjoy. The movie is set in London and revolves around several different characters and couples. There is a adorable little boy who is experiencing his first "love". Such a great way to end a movie.

This is a great movie based around the holidays, but don't let that keep you from watching it anytime of the year! I love the amazing and eclectic cast and how the movie is set up, as EACH characters story is shown seperately, then all molds together...and everyone is really linked in someway...only thing I didn't care for was the 'occupation' of two of the 'film stars' in the movie...but it was done in the best taste possible and didn't keep me from enjoying the movie...Such great stories throughout, brining it all to one big great ending...its life and its touching and its also uplifting and 'feel good' at times. Good music throughout, too! Seems like there is a character that anyone who watches it can relate to...

Definately a flick you can enjoy again and again over time..
