I've used these for awhile. I've got 2 of them now. It's everything I need from a mouse at this point. It's extremely accurate, customizable, fast(although not fast enough that I'd recommend to hardcore gamers), and wireless. Some have complained about it not being bluetooth, but that's never been a drawback for me. I can usually get a couple weeks out of the battery with normal daily use.

It requires 2 pieces other than the mouse itself. One plugged into the usb port for connectivity and one plugged into the wall for charging. It would be nice if they could maybe combine these or I guess that's where the benefit of bluetooth would come into play.

There are 5 programmable buttons which you can configure to perform different tasks depending on the program you are currently using which is another feature I love.

The only other negative is the price. I've bought both of mine on sale and they were still expensive. The second one was a refurb which...

I am an everyday computer user and couldn't imagine life without it. I can't even say how many computer mice I have been through with each one being just as disappointing as the last. I really didn't see this accessory as a very important part of my computer setup so I would only spend around $20 or less. No wonder I went through so many. I finally got fed up, did some research, and decided to purchase the Logitech MX Revolution Mouse. It was a bit pricey at around $80 but well worth it in the long run.

It comes in handy. There are no cords that get in your way. So theres really no hasle with this cordless mouse. I have one and it works wonders....

I got this mouse as a gift from my brother when my previous mouse broke. It took a bit getting used to because it is larger than most others. I would not consider buying another mouse after using this one. It recharges quickly, makes web browsing extremely easy and fits comfortably in your had....

Bottom-Line: For a general purpose optical pointing device, the Logitech MX Revolution Cordless Mouse can't be beat.

I bought the MX Revolution Laser Cordless Mouse because frankly I was tired of my old mouse and I wanted to reduce the number of cords underneath my desk. And I wanted a cordless without the large transceiver and Logitech delivered again with the MX Revolution, with a unit the size of a small stick of gum and plugs into any available USB port.

The Mouse

At first glance the MX Revolution is a little unusual; it is not shaped like any other mouse I have used in the past including the MX Laser. The mouse fits nicely in the hand and its size makes it easy to use; it's not too big and not too small. What is unique is the padded thumb rest that juts out from the black and gray mouse's left side; it's not only stylish but functional.

In all other respects the MX Revolution is a conventional two button mouse with a few extras thrown in for good measure. The clearest change...

I've been through many mouse devices over the years, and this is positively the BEST MOUSE I have ever found. It lasts for days without even being recharged, and recharges quickly when it does need to spend a little time in its recharging cradle. Easy to use, accurate pointing device...once you've used this one, you will be spoiled and will want one for every computer you own!...

Personally, I feel this is a great mouse in terms of comfort and ease of use. It has a good amount of functionallity in addition to it's precise technology. I play games on my PC, and I did find that not all extra buttons on this mouse are programmable for use in all games....

This mouse is simply one of the best mice I have ever used. I have used quite a few mice over the years, both ball, optical, wired, trackball, trackpad, touchpoint. This mouse is on the surface, one of the best mice around. Feels really great in your hand, and just works as a mouse without fail. Add on to that the extra features and buttons that the mouse has and it is really an outstanding piece of hardware. As a cordless, it lasts a long time between charges and should be commended for that. It also recharges very quickly, so that isnt a huge issue, especially if you use the charger at least once a week....

I bought this mouse to get OSX support, which the MX1000 did not have. I have been very happy with it for almost a year now. Here are some points that helped me make the decision to make an expensive purchase.

I have big hands, many mice just don't feel too terribly comfortable to me. The design is rather sexy, as mice go. Many of the designs of today are unattractive and that unattractiveness leads to uncomfortable mousing. After upgrading to OSX, I found that having a mouse that didn't use all of the available features was extremely frustrating and that was #1 in my book. The MX1000 used external batteries, which was nice since you could replace the battery if it were to die. This model has a built in battery. It makes for more convenient use, but on the same token, it would make many people hesitant to buy it.

Logitech has been making quality input devices for years and I have been happy, more than happy, with every product I have used from them. This mouse is no exception. I would like......

The Logitech MX revolution has changed my mind about cordless mice. I swore I would never purchase another one. Changing the battery got expensive and the older it got, the more often it needed changed. However, the night chargeable Logitech doesn't need a battery. Just like a cell phone, you charge it when the indicator gets low. The back & forward buttons are nice when viewing web pages and it also has a built in search button. With one click of the page scroller, you can go from a controlled scroll to a free scroll which is much faster. It also has a comfortable design. This is a great mouse for laptops or desktop computers. This one can't be beat!...

I bought this mouse because it was recommended by Kyle, our local "geek on the go". I am more of a practical business user. However, since a few of my previous wireless mice had crapped out on me at home, I thought this one sounded good and recently purchased it. I am very impressed for the following reasons:

1) I did not realize that the Logitech MX Revolution Mouse is rechargeable which I really like. I find that in my other wireless mice, I am constantly replacing the battery. And, the little charging station is sleek and cool looking.

2) The biggest new feature of the Logitech MX Revolution Mouse vs any other wireless mouse that I have it that the wireless transmitter is no longer the little rounded box with a cord that goes into either 9 pin (?) connector or a USB connector. Instead, the connector is a very small piece the size of a very small USB flash drive. I plugged it in and without any further configuration, the mouse works perfectly. That is my kind of set...

I have enough old computer pointing devices to start up a museum. I use the term "pointing devices" since an old Wacom pen tablet is included in that list. None even come close to the incredible features of the Logitech Revolution series.

Both the Logitech Revolution MX and its miniature Logitech Revolution VX have:

a modern look
a solid feel
very precise laser tracking
a multitude of configurable buttons
no wires (RF, not bluetooth)

Add all of these features together, and the end result is the best mouse I have ever owned....
