Calls get routed to different offices so it is impossible to establish a relationship with someone who you could call "your agent."  I have used Liberty Mutual for years and would prefer to have one person I could contact for policy changes or questions.  A few times I have noted the name of the person I've spoken to and tried to get that person again at a future time but have never been able to reach the person I'm looking for...they are usually out of the office for the week or no longer work there.</p>... Not onlt are my premuims over $200 a month, but my deductible is $1,000. I am a self-supported college student and these were the lowest rates they could give me. I recently wrecked my car and although I was able to make my claim quickly and provide them with the necessary info it has taken over a month to get a settlement price on my car. The only positive thing about this whole situation is that they did provide a rental car the day of, however I only had it until they gave me a "totaled" or "not totaled" answer. I have been without a vehicle for over a month. I have paid them over $9,000 in premiums and they only want to give me $1,400 on a prefectly good '03 model cavalier. I am not happy with thier service or should I say lack of promptness. I will be switching insurance companies as soon as I get my check.</p> <p> </p>... Truthfully I don't about them often because my payment comes out of my checking account automatically every month. They came to mind today because I recently had to call them for help with an issue. The woman I spoke to was so sweet, patient and helpful that I was reminded that although I have only had to "deal with" Liberty Mutual a couple of times over the last several years, I always have an incredibly pleasant experience with them.</p> <p>Less than 6 months after moving into my home, the roof of the den basically all but caved in during a heavy rainstorm.
