As I child I remember playing with them and my brother loved the sets. For me, I just liked building with the blocks, no sets at all, I liked finding out what I could do with the Lego Blocks all by myself without instructions. </p> <p>Now there are all kinds of Lego's available plenty to entertain children from preschool to well into elementary school. Lego Block sets as well as specially designed sets with instructions on how to create anything from a space station to fairytale castles.  Lego's are no longer thought to be mostly for boys as little girls enjoy putting all the pieces together and seeing what they can create. </p> <p>What I like about <strong>Lego's: </strong></p> <p> </p> <ul><li>quality toys</li> <li>durable</li> <li>well made</li> <li>variety of sets, shapes, colors and designs </li> <li>no end to your creativity </li> <li>good for children of all ages - I know grownups who still enjoy building with Lego's and Viewpoints writer <a href="/aboutme/Fardreamer">Fardreamer</a> would probably love to have the Star Wars set to add to...</li></ul>... Tue, 13 Oct 2009 22:03:38 GMT http://www.viewpoints.com/Lego-wall-of-Legos-review-96f51 LisaCarey 4 http://www.viewpoints.com/Lego-wall-of-Legos-review-9c670 <p>I have always bought Legos in the box by theme.  I recently went into a toy store and saw the wall of Legos.  What a great way to buy them.  I purchased a bucket for about twelve dollars and filled it up with random legos.  They are just the basic type, but I think they are the best for the value.  There are so many things that can be built with the loose legos.  My nephew loves them.  I think that it makes them more creative because they don't have a picture on a box to build.  It is all their own creation and imagination that they have to use.  I am surprised how many creative items he can come up with and the hours that he spends making them.  Who would have thought that such a time tested toy would be so popular and creative?  I love the Wall of Legos and will probably not buy the boxed sets again.  They are still a little expensive for what they are, but they are indestructable and always a crowd pleaser in my house!</p>... I have three children - two of which are boys who are 11 and 3.  My oldest son was diagnosed with autisum and ADHD when he was a young child.  Although most people would not be able to tell he was autistic by meeting him, I can see his odd behaviors.  My youngest son was diagnosed with ADHD a little less then a year ago.  For children that fit into these categories, Legos is a great toy for these children.</p> <p>     I have bought so many Legos for my children I can't even begin to guess how many I have purchased.  My oldest son likes to go to Lego.com and purchase different items, as well as go shopping at stores for Legos such as Toys R Us and Walmart.  Both of my boys play with Legos for hours at a time.   I think Legos is a great idea for children that fall into categories in which my children fall.  Legos is great for hand and eye cordination and well as a wonderful cognitive toy.  My children build...</p>... Sat, 29 Aug 2009 05:16:07 GMT http://www.viewpoints.com/Lego-wall-of-Legos-review-387c1 Denise779805 5 http://www.viewpoints.com/Lego-wall-of-Legos-review-d85a4 <p>I am a forty five year old mother of two.  I am a single mom, who needed good quality low priced toys that could keep my boys attention.  They were a great source of fun and creativity for my boys in their youth and preteens.  I did not expect them to fall in love with them all over again when they reached adulthood.  The larger more intriguing sets have got them going all over again.  They are better than plastic models that require messy smelly glue, paint, sand paper.  I would recommend this product to any parent who is willing to sit and construct with your child and toddler.  The small pieces can be a bit tricky for little hands.  They are easily lost and oh so easily swallowed.  However, they do bring out the creative side of your child.  The instructions are super easy to follow which aids in encouraging young boys to read the manual of instructions on bigger things they put together as they get older.  Biggest drawback I have seen over the years is the cost of the sets....</p>... Wed, 26 Aug 2009 18:31:33 GMT http://www.viewpoints.com/Lego-wall-of-Legos-review-d85a4 Christene421 4 http://www.viewpoints.com/Lego-wall-of-Legos-review-7e6d5 <p>LEGGO brand are the best for building hand eye coordination.  My kids had LEGGO's when they were little - in the 1970's .  I still have those original sets of LEGGO yet.  We have added to them over the years.  The old ones still snap into the new ones.  This LEGGO COMPANY has not pulled tricks on parents to get them to purchase new.  I love the LEGGO CHARACTERS.  The little people snap onto the LEGGO blocks and little towns are started.  Amagination runs wild, and little minds are active.  Colors of the LEGGO blocks is great too.  They help kids learn the primary colors.  They can also gain insite of a square, rectangle, circle, etd. with the various LEGGO kits out.  Never fear for being bored ...  WHEN LEGGO BLOCKS ARE NEAR.  I buy them for all my friend kids also.  This is how convicted I am -  Great toy for Great Minds.  LEGGO BLOCKS Rock.</p>... They have been around for many many years but I never get tired of them. There are so many different types. when I was a kid we had block type lego's and we got excited when they started making windows and tires. Now kids cn build just about anything an dthey are making the lego's to be compatable with other building type toys. Our kids can sit for hours building things with the lego's. We built a town with animals, cars, flowers, trees and people one day. We spent most of the day building together. It was great quality time with the kids and we all had a blast. Our daughter has weak fine motor skills and building with thte lego's helps build strength in her hands and helps with hand eye coordination.</p>&#13; <p>I reccomend that every parent gets lego's for thier children, they camoe in many different sizes so they are same for different age groups.</p>...
