As "long time fans" of Leap Frog toys, we were a little surprised by this toy when we got it. At first it seemed like a very "simple" toy from an otherwise very detail focused company. We gave it to our then 18 month old son and he was happy to poke around at it a little but didn't seem to attached to it. One day while cleaning out the toy box I decided to stick it to the fridge and see if it got any more "action" there. At this point our son was now two and LOVED playing on the fridge with various magnets, and at first he seemed to ignore the fridge dj. A few days later he started poking at it and hasn't stopped since ... he can't be in the kitchen and NOT play with the fridge dj. He just turned 3 this past summer and when I casually asked him if he was done with the fridge dj he was unwavering in his reply: "NO!" The songs are cute and both boys (though I'm sure the 7 year old brother would never admit it) sing them around the house from time to time. I don't find the...
...

We recently got the fridge DJ for my 15 month old son and he loves it. He cannot really turn the dial part yet, but he loves pressing the button and danicing to the music. Before we bought this toy, I always used to pick it up to entertain him as we walked around Targer. It always kept him entertained while I shopped!!
...

the leap frog fridge DJ is too cute, fun, and silly. my 18-month old loves it. it obvoiulsy plays music (Old McDonald, Twinkle, Twinkle Little Star, etc.), but it also has ABCs and counting songs. it has been dropped so many time sand keeps on playing. my son can easily unstick it from the fridge and carries it around. great educational toy that will grow with children. definitely considering more toys from leap frog....

My daughter received the LeapFrog Fridge DJ as a gift on her 1st birthday. I was already impressed by the LeapFrog products so I was excited for her to discover and enjoy this new toy. We put it on our refrigerator right away and it stays on very well.

At one, she was able to crawl up and push the button. the button activates each song to play. There are three "stations" on this toy: letters, numbers, and music. She was too young to turn the dial at first. Each station plays 3-5 unique songs and displays graphics on the small LED screen above the button. These graphics correspond to the music so this toy has some educational value as well. I appreciate that there are two volume settings to this toy, as I usually have it on low but will turn it up if the blower is going above the stove or the microwave is running.

My daughter is almost two now and still loves this toy. She can now change the stations and take it off the fridge to carry it around by the handle if she wants...
...

tiptuptig says "Great toy, addictive for children 1-4, they learn & have fun!" about Leapfrog Fridge Magnetic Dj

I got this toy for both my 1 year old and 3 year old. There are not a lot of features, and I thought that would be a bad thing....but the kids love it! They dance to the songs, especially Annie-Ooo and Bye Bye Birdie. My three year old is learning the alphabet a lot quicker now because of the songs. Oddly enough, I do not get tired of the songs, even after hearing them a million times a day. That is so rare. I have not had to hide the toy from them because it bothered me! One other thing I really like is that it teaches my daughter to put things back in their place. She will go and take it off the fridge, play with it, and then put it back when she is done. That is something I did not think she would learn, but she did! I actualy went over to a friends house, where there were 2, 1 1/2 year olds and they loved it so much that one of my friends is going to buy it for her son. She could immediatly see that this toy was a keeper. Great value, pricless entertainment!!!...

I bought this for my 2 year old but my older children love it as well. This toy is great because it provides the audio and visual learning! My children sing and dance to all the catchy tunes. Plus it's teaching my 2 year old her letters and numbers! I think the music is catchy and fun!...
