ElizabethAnnR says "Lawry's Seasoned Salt gives food that extra flavor." about Lawry's Seasoned Salt

We take so many things for granted and this is no exception. I have herbs and spices in my pantry and never give them a thought. It's just keep the pantry stocked.

Lawry's Seasoned Salt gives food that extra flavor. I want my food to have flavor and a little heat. Lawry's Seasoned Salt accomplishes just that.

I love to add Lawry's Seasoned Salt to scrambled eggs, chicken dishes, and use on baked potatoes. It's always nice to have a different flavor for those baked potatoes.

When preparing French fried potatoes, prepare them then fry until done then place on a mesh rack to drain. Then fry for a second time. This gives the French fries that extra crispy texture that I love. When the fries are a nice golden color remove and place on the mesh rack to drain. Apply Lawry's Seasoned Salt and enjoy.

Scrambled eggs: crack the eggs into a dish then add a small amount of water. The water helps create a nice fluffy scramble. Then add Lawry's Seasoned Salt along with fresh ground pepper. Spray a non-stick...
...

AnnaBanana says "God is in the details." about Lawry's Seasoned Salt

Ludwig Mies van der Rohe was a famous architect and designer who also had a great gift for thought-provoking remarks. "God is in the details" he said and the rest of us have been jockeying to figure out exactly what he meant by that ever since. Everybody has their own opinion but my personal "take" is that to concentrate on those infinitessimal details that most of us don't bother with is a Divine example worthy of those who strive for greatness in anything we do, especially talented architects and other creative people including great cooks. The true integrity and character of any project or structure depends upon its smallest parts and this is true of not only great buildings but great food as well.

Back in 1938, Lawrence L. Frank, founder of the first Lawry's the Prime Rib Restaurant, appreciated the importance of details and showed it by inventing in his own home kitchen the family's famous seasoned salt used to enhance the flavor of the fine prime ribs and steaks which have...
...

I don't understand how people can cook without using a little Lawry's Seasoned Salt here, and there. Lawry's provides that extra boost needed to bring out all of your food's natural flavors. Lawry's Seasoned Salt does what a little salt and pepper just CAN'T do!...

stef42678 says "Fabulous Flavor" about Lawry's Seasoned Salt

I love to cook, but I also love to add a lot of flavor and not a lot of fat. Lawry's seasoned salt is great for all kinds of dishes. It is perfect for your meat rubs when you are grilling, it makes perfect chicken. But I also love to sprinkle it on salads,in rice dishes and grilled vegetables. The seasoned salt is a perfect blend of salt, spices and herbs. The aroma from when you first open the jar will make your dish feel more flavored already. I used it on a baked potato, and it was the perfect condiment. I love that you can taste the spices of the onion and garlic, so it is perfect on french fries and wakes up hash browns and eggs in seconds. The possibilities are endless and because it is fat free and calorie free, you get fabulous flavor without the guilt....

Bottom-Line: There is no way I could cook without my Lawry's Seasoned Salt!

I am the cook in the house; it's a vocation I enjoy. And I like to experiment with spices, blending them together to come up with this rub or that. But sometimes I don't have time to beat together my own spice blends; that is when I turn to Lawry's Seasoned Salt.

Lawry's Seasoned Salt is the original seasoned salt created in 1938 at the world famous Lawry's The Prime Rib Restaurant in Beverly Hills, California; there is now one in downtown Chicago. Lawry's Seasoned Salt, which is sold in most grocery stores across the country, is a unique blend of salt, spices and herbs taste great on prime ribs, steaks, chicken and casserole, vegetables, eggs, potatoes, etc.

A red mixture Lawry's Seasoned Salt adds no calories, fat, or cholesterol to the food you cook, but of course there is a load of sodium, 380 grams per ¼ tsp. Ingredients include: Salt, sugar, spices (including paprika, and turmeric), onion,...
...
