      <description>&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Rudi Xeno's Fall-off-the-bone St. Louis Ribs Revealed!&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Yes, I'm a rib man.&#160; No baby backs here.&#160; I like those big meaty St. Louis style ribs.&#160; I spend hours preparing them and just love the looks on guests' faces as they feast on them.&#160; Ambrosia!&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;The Secret?&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Well as it's often said, &lt;strong&gt;the secret's in the sauce&lt;/strong&gt;.&#160; In this case we're talking about &lt;strong&gt;Lawry's Mesquite with Lemon 30-minute Marinade&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Oh yeah, I forgot.&#160; It also has to do with the method of preparing them.&#160; Listen up.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;The Method&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;This is really a surprisingly simple method of producing truly fall-off-the-bone ribs without the slightest risk of charring them into a dried out wreck.&#160; I hate when that happens.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I start out with with a 20 quart stock pot half filled with water.&#160; Once the water is starting to bubble I add a couple of full slabs of pork ribs to the pot.&#160; I cover it and leave it to boil for an hour or so until the meat starts to just begins to shrink on the bones.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I drain the water leaving the ribs in the bottom of the pot.&#160;...&lt;/p&gt;... </description>
