This book is great. I have traveled to Germany and was very worried about not really speaking the language but this was the best book i purchased by far. (i did buy a few) it has two way translation and fits in your back pocket or backpack easily. I would take one of these if you are planning on traveling to Germany or the surrounding areas. (although most people are really nice and will speak English to you if they can)...

We needed a dictionary for German class, and Frau Esch recommended Langenscheidt. And when Frau Esch recommended, you bought. Since then, my German dictionary has come in handy many a time – I’m very glad I have it.

The Good

This dictionary is compact and easy to travel with. Whether you’re headed to German class or Berlin, you can fit this book in your bag with no problems. However, I’d love it if I could get a copy in a nice, passive, unassuming color. Bright yellow just screams raincoat to me. Or safety vest for downed pilots. It’s......
