My daughter told me to go into a Lush store while I was shopping in Chicago Watertower. I was in heaven. The products were so colorful and smelled wonderful. They gave out samples and now I'm hooked. My favorite is the bubble bath bar called The Comforter. It is all natural and tints your bathwater pink with tons of bubbles. I think the shipping is a bit on the high side if you order off the web site, but when you can't get to a Lush store it is the only way!...

I am always looking for cool and new products to try, especially for my other half that has to suffer the fate of what the next product is going to be found in the shower. I came across this gem of a product on my trip to the Macy's Watertower on Michigan Ave in Chicago.

He is an avid beer connaisseur and totally fell in love with the Cynthia Sylvia Stout. Now he can enjoy drinking beer and washing his hair with it too. He not only likes it because of the smell but that it give a little thickness (for the little thinning on top) without build up and a nice shine.
...
When I lived in NY, I rarely frequented the malls but on a rare trip to Queen's Mall, I came upon LUSH and went in to see what it was all about, thinking it was just a rip on Body Shop but it's so not. The staff was friendly and happy to let me sample a lot of the different soaps and powders. They even gave me a little hand demo which a the clincher. I ended buying a couple different soaps, one for the difficult areas on the butt and hips (Buffy) and one for a sensitive face (Aquamarina). That was over 3 years ago and I have been a fan ever since... They work great and I don't need to buy any other face creams or lotions with these in my arsenal. They might look a little weird but they work and they are extremely environmentally and animal-free friendly.
...

Rachel says "Lush body products are amazing!" about LUSH Natural Skincare Products

I had never heard of LUSH until both my boyfriend and my sister bought me LUSH gifts for Christmas. Praise the Lord!

Lush body products are amazing! They have great soaps (Snowflake, Honey I Washed The Kids), body wash, fizzers (some even leave confetti in the tub for a fun surprise), shampoos and conditioners.

Everything smells so good and is made of natural products.

LUSH stores are only in major metro areas (Chicago, San Diego, etc.). You'll have to go online to order if you can't get to a store. Or order from their catalog (without a sniff test).

LUSH is pricey, but it's good stuff. If you ever get the chance, please go to a LUSH store and just take a look around. The products smell great and have fun names.

One cute thing - their gift wrapping is so adorable that you won't want to unwrap them!
...
