I've been using this mascara for years. I love it! It gives you lots of volume, but doesn't have all the clumping.

I first heard about this mascara from those who do reviews on YouTube and everyone on YouTube loves this product, so I went to Wal-Mart to give it a try. It ended up being only $5 which I think is so cheap compared to my $21 to $36 high end mascaras. I ended up loving how The Voluminous in carbon black, waterproof. It does last a long time and it gives great volume to my lashes. The only thing bad I would say about it, is that it takes forever to take off due to the thick amount of mascara after just one coat of it. So when I plan to wear it, I know at the end of the day, taking off the mascara would only be annoying and gross. So would I pay a little more for my high end mascaras compared to my Waterproof Voluminous in Carbon Black ? I actually would, just because Voluminous in my eyes can be way easier just using false lashes, when my high end mascaras look more natural and just dont take that long to wash off.

My mom got me started wearing l'oreal mascara when i first started wearing mascara she wears it cause its the only brand that does not irritate her eyes i have used the waterproof brand for 24 yr and i love it my eye lashes are very long anyways but this just brings out the fullness inthem better i have tried other mascara and i think their brushes are way o small and skinny i love the long handle on the l'oreal brushes and the big thick brush it makes applying it faster and easier it covers all my lashes quickly she ow has convinced me to try the one(sorry forgot the name) it has two brushes yu put the white coat on first then the black it was very pricey for me so i was hessitant in trying it but now that i am using it i love it as well even having to apply two seperate coats doesnt bother me my lashes come out even longer and thicker with this new one and they kept the same great brush. i also like the waterproof because i never have to reapply thru out the day.I still can use my regular...

I used this mascara for over 15 years and although I had tried a couple of new ones recently, I will always come back to this one. I did notice that sometimes I would get a "racoon" look to my eyes but it was when the humidity was up or I was exercising. It was never so bad that it would keep me from wearing it. I have worn it swimming and it seemed to stand up to the water, although any mascara will eventually wear off. I do agree that although it is waterproof, it also comes off easier than any other mascara I have ever tried. I was never crazy about the wand, so so when I did find a wand that I liked, I kept it and cleaned it. I now use it to apply this mascara and because I am washing the wand everyday, it seems to keep any clumping to a minimum. I believe that any mascara will tend to dry out when you have it open day after day and this is where I think most of my clumping problems begin. With all the different names of mascara out there, this is the one I keep coming...

I used L'Oreal Voluminous Waterproof Mascara when I was vacationing in Costa Rica. If you have not been there, it is so humid. It rained a lot when we were there and to top it off, we went white water rafting. The rest of my makeup was a mess there, but not my Voluminous Waterproof Mascara. It didn't budge. The rest of the women in my group looked like racoons, but not me! I was so glad that I brought it with me. I got the black brown and it looks great with my red hair. It never clumps and is easy to apply. The brush is just the right size so that you can really hit every lash. The only problem that I did have was actually removing it. I luckily tried it before I went, so I knew that I needed to use an oil based makeup remover or waterproof makeup remover. Thank goodness I did. It really sticks to your lashes. No problem going on, but coming off a different story! All in all it really is a good waterproof mascara and I would buy it again.

Volumous mascara is the best mascara I have found! And the waterproof is awesome. I've even gotten in the ocean and it outlasted anything I have ever tried! I recommend this to everyone.

I have to say, this is probably one of the best mascaras I've used. It's great for volumizing lashes AND lengthening them. It's pretty waterproof and there is absolutely no smudging! My only gripe would be is that the wand is pretty big. Maybe I just have small eyes, but it's kinda difficult reaching my inner lashes. There's a pretty simple solution, though. I just angle the wand and I manage. I bought this from Target for under $7 and the quality is amazing for the price. In conclusion, I would most definitely recommend this!

The one and only mascara i've worn so far. I got one from the drugstore and i tried on only to find it awesome. It lasts all day long and does not smudge. I also tried few other mascaras but they never were good enough for me. I have sparse eyelash and this mascara does give volume and it does make the lashes look longer. I never go out without mascara on since wearing it gives so much difference and i only prefer L'oreal mascara. I have one in my car, one at my work, and one in every make up bag.

Okay, so this mascara is the best thing that I have ever used. It elongates my lashes, and it doesn't clump. The price is very good for the overall value, and it is something I use everyday. I wear glasses, and it doesn't rub off on them, it is acually pretty amazing considering everything else I have used up until now has. It has a good texture to it, and it is is very light, it's like you are ont even wearing any make-up. And this is the only thing I wear if I DO NOT wear make-up. It makes my lashes look natural and that's what I want in a mascara, now if they could only do that with lipstick.

L'Oreal Voluminous Mascara Waterproof in Black in the best I have ever used and I have used alot of different ones. I was surprized when my daughter picked it out and said try this. Well, when I used it the next morning, I couldn't believe it. My lashes looked a lot thicker and fuller. The stuff stayed on all day and into the night. It doe's take a creamy eye remover to get it off, but comes off very well. I don't have to pull it off with a tissue. When I go out at night, I put it on again. Only have to put on a little to bring out the eyes again. It is the best I have ever used and I am going to stay with it. The cost is averge, not like the Mascara in the high retail stores. So if you are looking for the best and do not want to pay an arm and a leg for it, this is it. Sometimes you can find a sale or get a coupon. I like when CVS or Walgreens has 2 for one sale. I have been using this mascara for two years now and plan to keep it in my repertoire going forward. I should note that I use mascara every single day and use several different kinds for different looks.

This is definitely my "going out" at night mascara as you can make your lashes look really bold with it. However, I sometimes use it during the day as well and just use a very light touch. The jet black is very dark and as a blonde, I usually wear brown mascara during the day.

I really like the consistency of the mascara itself. It really doesn't clump at all-really! I also really like how it is waterproof enough for wear, but it washes off easily at night (so if you are like me and dislike makeup remover, water and soap is fine to get it off).

My feeling is that every mascara claims: 1) longer lashes, 2) fuller lashes, 3) no clumping, 4) waterproof and yet very few deliver all of those features. This product does. My other recommendation for mascara...

L'Oreal Voluminous Mascara Waterproof in Black is the best mascara out there. I get compliments all the time on my eyelashes. Everyone always wants to know what brand I use. I think this is the best mascara ever. It last long, no clumps, and does not burn my eyes. I am very sensitive to most mascaras, and when I remove them or if they flake off they burn my eyes. This one does not flake or irritate my eyes. Even though I am completely satisfied with this brand, I decided to give some others a try (with all the new kinds out there). Most are okay, but they still either flake off, irritate my eyes, or clump up. So, I still end up back with the L'Oreal Voluminous Mascara Waterproof in Black. I use the waterproof because it stays on longer and if my eyes water it does not come off. Some may argue it is too hard to remove, but I have no trouble if I use the Almay eye makeup remover (the blue one). I have also tried a lot of eye make up removers and this is the only one that works.
