I didn't realize this shampoo was for curls. I bought it after a recommendation from The Beauty Bible. I didn't find it pricey. I must of got it on sale because I am not willing to pay more than 4 bucks for shampoo. The best thing about this shampoo is the lather. It lathers up alot and smells great too. I do notice my hair is much fuller and shinier when I use Loreal Vive Pro. This is now the bottle I buy most often.

i have colored my hair for more than 40yrs .and l'oreal vive pro is the best product i have found out there. it's claim to help your color stay in place longer does truly work ..l'oreal is a high profile product with many items to choose from. once chosen you will also agree, i'm sure. it leaves my hair soft and shinning, able to style in many different ways . when you have this many years of treatment on your hair you want the best product out there. i see many new products out now that are trying to copy l'oreal but when you know you have already found the best there is no other choice the pricing is right in line with the benifits you recieve. i also know it takes less prodcut use which saves you money in the big picture of your total beauty expense. l'oreal also puts out alot of coupons so keep your eye out for them, another benifit that always puts a smile on your face along with your beautiful hair .

I recently tried L'Oreal Paris Vive Pro Hydra Gloss Moisturizing Shampoo for dry or damaged hair with Royal Jelly Complex and was highly impressed. The smell was very pleasant and the bottle promised it would "infuse with 7 x more moisture and add glossy shine" which it did. I found that my hair looked shinner and felt very soft to the touch, it did not leave any build up and was extra manageable. I tend to use products for dry/damaged hair during the winter months...I get terrible static very easy and this product seemed to help alot. I really enjoy trying new hair products and would recomend this for anyone looking for a good shampoo at a reasonable price.. I am always looking for a bargin and found 2 $1.00 off coupons in my Sunday newspaper, I purchased this product and the matching conditioner at my local Wal-Mart store and with the coupons made the shampoo and conditioner under $6.00!

Love love love the l'oreal vive pro shampoos - I've never had a drugstore product that worked so well!! This shampoo leaves hair healthy, protects color - essentially, it does everything that all the shampoos say they are going to, but this product actually delivers!! This shampoo works so well that it made me try the conditioner and gel (which also work just as fabulously!!) - I'm rarely so loyal to a product, since I am very budget conscious and love to try new products, but this shampoo has sold me on the L'oreal brand of haircare products!! I have frizzy wavy hair that would be salt-n-pepper if I wasn't constantly coloring it, and this shampoo transforms my frizz into bouncy waves and keeps my color so fresh that no one even notices when it's time for me to hit the salon for a touch-up! It leaves hair so soft and manageable, I never feel like I have product build-up and if I feel the need to shampoo twice in one day due to the gym, etc I don't feel like I am killing my hair by doing...

I've tried many different shampoos conditioners , but none that smelled as great as L'oreal Vive Pro or worked with such fantastic results ! My hair went from dull , dry & lifeless . To soft , silky & full of shine & bounce . L'oreal Vive Pro leaves your hair feeling like you just came from the hair salon well conditioned beautyful shine & smelling yummy ! the price is great too ! what more could you ask for . I've gotten many complements from friends family asking " did you change your hair ?" I simply tell them " no I changed my shampoo & conditiner to L'oreal Vive Pro ." I will admit that this product is a little pricey for a small bottle but it's so worth it. L'Oreal Vive Pro is the most amazing shampoo I've ever used. It contains royal jelly to help make hair shiny and that's exactly what it does. After the first few days of use I started to get comments on the condition of my hair. I'm the type of person who wreaks havoc on my hair with the blow dryer, straitener, and curling iron (yes sometimes all at once) and with this shampoo it's ok. This product allows me to treat my hair the way I do and still have shiny healthy thick hair. I repaired my split ends in a matter of days and within weeks I noticed that my hair felt thicker. I color my hair and wash it daily but the color has yet to fade. That's a major plus because it saves me the time and effort of constantly dying my hair. This shampoo smells amazing! My boyfriend thought I had bought a new perfume but it was just the shampoo. I would rather use this than anyother expensive salon brand. Try it...

I tried new vive pro hydra gloss shampoo hoping to get a shiny gloss on my hair. I did not get any different results from this brand as I have gotten from previous brands I have tried. This shampoo did make my hair feel clean, but I still had frizzy hair that di not look moisturized. The shampoo and conditioner both have a pleasant smell and a good feel whenusing them, andthe scent lastson the hair, but it does not deliverthe promise of hyda glossy hair

L'Oreal Vive Pro shampoo is a really great buy. It doesn't cost a lot of money and it gives you a very luxurious feeling when you use it. It not only leaves hair feeling smooth and full of life, but it has a great fragrance. Not only I but my kids love it too.

You do not really need a separate conditioner as L'Oreal Vive Pro shampoo really leaves you with a squeaky clean feeling. It really gets the job done. It also does not hurt you if it accidentally gets into your eyes.

L'Oreal Vive Pro shampoo comes in a very attractive looking package and doesn't cost much at all when compared to the salon brands. It is quite comparable to salon brands in terms of quality.

I initially received a sample from L'Oreal, but once I tried it I did not feel like using any other shampoo, though I've tried most of the brands available in the market. I recommend L'Oreal Vive Pro highly to all my friends.

I regularly used this one before, a few years ago, and was very pleased with it then. I went back to it again recently because, being in the sun a lot again, I noticed that my hair color was fading out really fast. I'm big on what a conditioner leaves my hair smelling like, and this one leaves a nice light fresh scent. It also did reduce the fade of my hair color, and left it well conditioned. I had the impression that it even made my hair a bit stronger and healthier. The only bad thing was that it left such a build up on my hair. I have very fine, curly hair. I don't use hair spray or gels, because any weighty product leaves my hair flat. After several days of using the color vive conditioner, it felt like I had a waxy build up, and my hair wouldn't curl up like normal. The color vive shampoo had no effect on this build up and I would have to use a more stringent shampoo to remove it. Now, several years ago when I used the color vive I didn't experience this. L'Oreal Vive Pro Nutri Gloss shampoo makes my hair soft, shiny and smooth; plus it smells great! I love this shampoo and use it regularly for my thin, fine hair. I get many compliments as well as the kids wanting to play in my long hair all the time as it is so soft and smells good. I didn't think my hair needed much of anything except it didn't feel as soft anymore until I tried L'Oreal Vive Pro, but wow did I ever notice the difference! I will continue to use this shampoo, as it long as my hair continues to look and feel good. There are other types of shampoos to use in the Vive Pro series so I may try them as long as my hair feels and looks the same!

The Vive line by Loreal is "ok" in my opinion. I am a firm beiever in deep conditioning chemically treated hair. I am one that does use coloring, highlights, sometimes even waves in my hair so I am very familiar with the damage that chemicals can inflict on hair. It is so necessary to quench the dry hair shaft - to keep it smooth, silky, shiny - and all.

I am also a believer in "you get what you pay for" MOST of the time. Of course we all find those great little finds that are true value - a great product for a great price - but those are in fact few and far between.

Loreal's Vive line is one that I grab for a weekend at the beach, for example - if I know I am going to be out in the sun, not really going out or trying to impress anyone, but want to throw something in the bag that will treat my hair good for the time needed

I have tried every Shampoo out there. I finally tried L'Oreal Vive Pro and it is the best out there. It cleans out all the gunk you put in your hair everyday, and leaves it soft and manageable. I would recomend this product to anyone who cant find a good shampoo.
