paigebaum says "I waste more L'Oreal eye makeup remover on my counter than eyes" about L'Oreal Dermo-Expertise Refreshing Eye Makeup Remover

L'Oreal Dermo-Expertise eye makeup remover handles my eye liner and shadow with ease, but has a tough time on my waterproof mascara. I have knocked this bottle over twice now while using it. I wish the bottle was designed to have a wider base and a narrower top so that it wouldn't knock over so easily. I like that this product is 100% oil-free and that it doesn't leave a greasy residue. I like that the bottle is clear so that I can see how much product is remaining. I don't normally use eye makeup removers, I usually just use one makeup remover for my entire face, so I like having a product specifically made for the eyes. I like that it is gentle enough to use for contact lens wearers, although I remove my lenses before using this product. L'Oreal is a brand name that I trust and would purchase from again. I purchased this product in a gift set with L'Oreal Revita Lift radiant smoothing wet cleansing towelettes and found it to be a good deal when purchased this way.
...

calmlyhyper says "Stay away- this doesn't work at all. " about L'Oreal Dermo-Expertise Refreshing Eye Makeup Remover

I bought the L'oreal Dermo-Expertise Refreshing Eye Makeup Remover from Target for eight dollars. It comes in a small clear container and the liquid is blue. Be sure to notice that the makeup is oil free, which means it probably won't remove... well, anything. I tried it out, and indeed, the makeup remover is very refreshing. The liquid is cool and soothing. Unfortunately, I had to scrub my eyes really hard to get the traces of makeup off. I will not be buying this product again because it doesn't work as advertised. It claims to remove all makeup and it removed none. In addition, I don't want to do any further damage to my eyelids by rubbing and scrubbing so hard. I strongly suggest for you to buy Pond's makeup remover, which works wonders and is now my ultimate favorite. For eight dollars, this product was not worth it and a waste of money. Beware! Just because it's from L'oreal, it doesn't mean it works better than cheaper brands.
...

Okay, first off...I have VERY sensitive skin. I also wear waterproof eyeliner and mascara. I wear my make up dark too. Now, you know how like when you use those cleansing pads they leave like black residue from your makeup on your face...L'OREAL eye makeup-remover DOESN'T! I put a cotton ball on top of the container and flip the container upside down and then use the wet cotton ball to remove my makeup and I call it a day!...

I have used this product at least 15 years, it's great. I've tried about other products over the years and keep going back to this. It's not oily, it feels as clean as water and doesn't leave a residue on your eye area. I think that's the best part, beside I don't have to keep going over it 5 or 8 times to get everything off, I'm a mascara hog, (not as back as Tammy Faye) so it's important that it comes off easy.

Great Product!
...

MellaView says "Racoon Eyes? Bye-Bye!" about L'Oreal Dermo-Expertise Refreshing Eye Makeup Remover

L'oreal Dermo-Expertise Refreshing Eye Makeup Remover is amongst my favorite eye makeup removal products. It is oil free and will not leave a nasty residue behind like most makeup removal products do.

It gets rid of mascara and eye liner with ease.

I usually apply a decent amount to a cotton ball and it gets the job done.

The only issue I have with L'oreal Dermo-Expertise Refreshing Eye Makeup Removeris that it is difficult to come by at times. It seems whenever I want to restock, the shelves are empty.

Another con is that it runs out fast. If you apply makeup daily, and use L'oreal Dermo-Expertise Refreshing Eye Makeup Remover to remove that makeup daily, don't expect it to last longer than a month.

At around $6.00 for a bottle though, it's a good buy.
...
