I have had trouble finding powders that actually blend and does not cake but L'Oreal's Bare Naturale powder is by far the best that I have ever used since I started wearing make up and I have tried quite a few i might add. It is pretty expensive but unless you wear A LOT of make up it lasts a pretty long time, for me it does anyways. Mine first one lasted me about six months. But my second one lasted almost a year because i started using make up less often. It covers well and blends easy. It feels like your not even wearing make up at all. L'Oreal Bare Naturale Powdered Mineral Foundation SPF 19 was bought on sale as a trial for me. I've been using BareMinerals for a few years now and absolutely love it...but not the price. I have been pleasantly surprised by this product-in my opinion it has been just as good as BareMinerals. The color (Soft Ivory) is the perfect color for me.

As for the purity and ingredients, I believe its just as pure as BareMinerals.

I'm not fond of the attached brush. I can't use it without it making a mess everywhere plus I find the bristles to be hard. As a result, I use one of my BareMinerals brushes to apply it. ...

I adore L'Oreal Bare Naturale Mineral Foundation! I have converted to using a powder (mineral) foundation after using a liquid or creme for years. The shade Light Ivory is a perfect match for my complexion. I love how the brush attached actually works!! Usually I toss the brushes included with d/s items. I have found that the best application works after a moisturizer is applied, allowed to set for 5-10 minutes. After sifting the product in the cap, I can swirl the product with the brush, tap off the excess, and blend the mineral foundation into my skin in large circular motions. It takes less than one minute~seriously to get a flawless finish. I LOVE THIS FOUNDATION! Found at most drugstores, grocers, and beauty specialty shops for around $12USD, its a real steal and far superior to any other mineral foundation on the market....move over Bare Minerals!...

I purchased this product on my recent vacation for something new to try. I have a friend who uses it and swears by it. Normally I use BareMinerals so I was skeptical about the quality after noting how inexpensive the L'Oreal Bare Naturale was compared to BE.

I am actually very happy with this product. I tend to get red patches on my cheeks and chin and really didn't think this powder would cover them well. Normally I use the BE Bisque to cover my red spots before putting on the foundation powder. The L'Oreal did it all in one step -amazing! Now I can use the L'Oreal all on its own on days when I don't really want to do my face up. That is so much simpler than the two step process I used to do! Another amazing feat is that it lasts all day long!

Don't get me wrong I still love BareMinerals and will certainly continue to use it since it is so kind to my skin. I actually think it improves my complexion so we shall see if the L'Oreal does the same.

I reluctantly bought this with the idea that a powder could not offer my combo skin a good coverage...but I was wrong! With my dry patches I assumed I would get that flaky look--but it didnt do that! It was great! It covers all my imperfections very well and it lasts alot longer than i could have ever imagined! I like knowing that the minerals are good for my skin too. I always hate putting stuff on my sensitive face..but i feel good about this powder! Yay!

While its true that this product is not all natural, it is very competitively priced. You can get it at Target and other like stores for about $12. Having light, fair, easy-to-burn skin, I love the fact that the product features a natural SPF.

It takes a little finesse when you first use this product, but you can get the hang of application quickly. You have to use it lightly so that it doesn't look un-natural and "dusty".

I enjoyed using this product until I was brave enough to purchase the real deal.

I was looking for an alternative to bare escentuals as the cost was prohibitive, but I definitely wanted to try a mineral makeup. Loreal's Bare Naturale fit the bill. It did require a bit of a learning curve in application as I have only used liquid foundation in the past, but after a couple of days, I had it down pat. It is easy to use, quicker to apply than liquid foundation, blends well, and looks natural. It is "no muss, no fuss".

While some have noted an inconvenient package design, I actually like it very much. It travels well, and if you follow the directions on brush care, the brush lasts a long time. I use much less foundation than when I used liquid and the product lasts a long time.

My teenagers also use the product for a natural look, and it does not cause break-outs, which liquid oil free foundation had done. I bought both girls the complete Bare Naturale line for Christmas after they had great results with the foundation, and they all work very well,...

All in all, I like this product. It offers good coverage that is natural-looking, SPF, relatively non-offensive ingredients, is inexpensive, and comes in a lot of shades. I think this provides even better coverage than Bare Minerals. Perhaps I just need a different shade in the BM or something, but seriously, the Loreal seems to do a better job and it's WAY less expensive. I think that they could design the container a little better because sometimes I get too much product on the brush and the only place to swirl is on my hand. I recommend buying it at CVS(they always have great sales on make-up and you can also use coupons), plus they have a liberal return policy on their make-up. You can try something, actually use it, and still return it if you don't like it.

What a surprise I got when I was walking through WalMart. A Loreal rep was in a large display for the new Loreal Bare Naturale Powdered Mineral Foundation SPF 19. I sat down & she went to work on my face with freckles, moles, and dark circles. I few swipes with her brush & they were all gone. Beautiful look! The beige was perfect for my tone & then she teamed it up with a Honey tone that can go on your whole face to spice it up or just a blush

$12.99 each container which has the brush on the cap.. The secret of application is to tap off excess on the brush so no matted look. I have been using it for over a month & it looks like I NEVER USED IT.

With combination skin, and in need of some light-medium coverage to even out old acne scars, this product did the job. The attached brush is an improvment over other drugstore mineral foundations, and can be washed/sanitized periodically just like other makeup brushes. The color selection is limited, and I've bought a few wrong ones even though some Target's had the color guide by L'oreal...but it can go on very sheer to medium coverage, and it stayed all day. I'll keep buying!...

I love this product. It is light but provides great coverage even for acne. My skin is oily though at sometimes it cakes after several hours of wear, but more my skin be oily then the make up but I use some shine sheets and then touch up the make up. I do like that the brush is included, but I don't like how the container is designed it is messy to use and the brush cant reach into the top lip to get the powder. I like to tap the brush into the lid, but then I have to put that powder back into the main compartment cause the brush cant reach..but bottom line I have tried many of the mineral bases..this is the best I have found at covering blemishes or an discolorations, and goes on lightly...

Quick View: I didn't like this makeup much. If I am going to use a mineral makeup, I want a pure, all natural one. This has preservatives and fillers in it. Plus it was too powdery for my dry skin.

About Loreal Bare Naturale Powdered Mineral Foundation SPF 19

This makeup is in a round clear plastic tub with a brush attached to the top. It looks kind of strange but I suppose it's a decent idea. I don't use the brush though because it's stiff and short. The makeup is powder and has a traditional sifter. It comes in just a few shades which makes it hard to match my skin tone. One reason I like some mineral makeups is because I can mix the minerals to my exact skin color. I chose Buff Beige because it seemed closest to my skin color and it was a close, but not perfect, match.

Moisturizer before application is a must. I have normal to dry skin and would look like I was wearing a mask if I didn't hydrate my skin well before applying. I swirl my own kabuki brush in the foundation (and I sneeze...
