This is a review for the LF front load washing machine. This washer definitely cleans better than any top loader i've owned. It uses less water and is more energy efficient. It also uses less detergent, so you are saving money all around. There is one downside and I think this is true with most front loaders, water settles in the front seal and mold develops. You have to try to keep it clean, which is difficult because it is hard to get at. Always keep the door open between washes and this seems to help somewhat.

The LG front loading washer has been nothing but a headache for my family. The have replace my tub twice the shocks twice and a circuit board. They have probably spent more on labor and parts than 2 washers. The dryer works great though but i do not recommend this unit. If you want to find out which washer is the best just call your local appliance repair shop and ask them. Don't waste your money!!!

When our old top loading washing machine broke down, we headed to the store to buy another one just like it. After we got there and explained our large family and the amount of time that I spend washing, the salesperson suggested the LG Electronics model WM0642H. He said that it would cut the washing time in half and save on the electric bill. We weighed the options and decided to give it a try. He was right! The tub is much larger so I could do larger loads which cut down on the number of loads I do in a week. The washing machine goes so fast that the clothes are practically dry by the time you put them in the dryer so that cuts down on the energy used by the dryer. It cut our utility bill by about $100 a month. Plus I don't spend as much time on the laundry! The only drawback is that it tends to smell soured alot. There is a drain that we keep cleaned and that seems to help. It helps to leave the door opened too but if you have small kids you don't want to do that. ......

I love this washer!!! My mom has a front loader of a different brand and it doesn't have the glass doors that you can see through and she hates that. I love that and many more things about my washer. It is quiet, cleans wonderfully and spins the water almost completely out of the clothes making it so that the dryer doesn't have to run it's complete cycle. The dryer is sensor dry. Love having to use less water too. All around great washer!!!!!!!!...

I have had my front loading washer for about 3 months now and I really like it. The only problem I have had with it is it tends to vibrate more than my top loading washers. After doing research and reading reviews such as on Viewpoints, I understood that before I bought it so no surprises there. I find myself cutting back on the amount of detergent I use and filling the machine with more clothes than a normal washer. The best thing I like about the washer is it uses so much less water- I can't even tell when it is loading water and I live on a well system!...

I love my LG washer and dryer...it does a wonderful job of cleaning my cltohes and drying it...It also has a sanitary cycle that I use once in a while...Its also very quiet......

This washing machine is EXTREMELY QUIET! All of the pros i have checked on the bottom basically explain this product! It saves water, it has places for you to load your power/liquid detergent, bleach, softner, and you have a lot of options like Heavy Duty, Normal, Whitest Whites, Delicate, ETC. GREAT MACHINE!

I love the fact that this LG washing machine doesn't sound like a dinosaur. Before, I could only wash clothes when my family was away because our old machine was so loud. Sometimes it would get off balance and start vibrating. This little guy does its job with out all the ruckus. I absolutely love it.

The LG WM0642H Front Loading Washer is great. Most people love the location of the door on the dryer, so having the door in front just makes things easier. You are not going from the top to the front anymore. Just take out of one a put directly into the other one. It is also great for the people who are out to save money. It uses less energy, and you can put larger loads in it, without using extra detergent. All around wonderful product....

I love this machine. The clothes come out super clean and it is very quiet. I have had to check and make sure I started it a couple of times because I coundn't hear it. The olny thing about this is, you have to leave the door open every now and then after you wash or it will start to smell like mildew. Nothing a little bleach doesn't take care of though!...

i love front load washing machines, they have so much more room than ordinary top load washing machines, having no agitator is alot more gentle on your clothes, it is just a great time saving device being able to load more laundry when you have a family of 4 to wash for...

I have had this washer now for a year and I LOVE IT!! it is so quiet and my clothes are so clean. Plus the spin cycle is so accurate that the drying time for the clothes is cut in half if not more. I love the different cycles to choose from and speed wash is so nice for those days you forgot to wash the favorite shirt or pants and need them clean NOW!! I highly recommend it!!...
