i have really liked the phone

it was my first phone and its not a disappointment

i really like the full keyboard which makes texting so much easier than other phones

it even has a button on the side that says text which makes it a lot easier

it also has a screen on the top which displays messages making it easier to view messages without having to flip open the phone

the shape is fabulous although most people think it s a bit too big

and the color purple it comes in with the design makes the phone look stylish n pretty

i really like it
...

When I first say this phone I knew I had to have it! I has everything I need in a phone.

It has lots of free applications that you can display on what they call a carousel where the applications are in the form of a tile so they are easy to access. I can get on facebook or myspace. I can read the news on CNN, Fox, ABC and more. It has spots news also with Fox, MLB.com, NASCAR, and ESPN. There are tons of apps including communication tool, general tools, entertainment, games, money, weather, and even green apps!

You can personalize this phone in many different ways. It has a 2.0 mega pixel camera where you can not only take photos and record videos but you can send them as a message or email them to people (including facebook after you get an email address from facebook). You can download music from the sprint store and listen to it on the built in mp3 player on the phone, it even has a place for head phones!

I was excited to get this phone in the beginning becuase of all the great camera and full keyboard. However my excitment did not last long. I had my phone through Sprint and their service was horrible even though I was supposed to be in a great "service zone". My forst phone that I had would not ring when people called so I took it back to the store and they could not determine what was wrong with it so they gave me a new phone. My next phone after a couple days of having it would not ring when people called and the alarm clock quit working on it which in turn made me late for work. The phone would also freeze up on me and I would have to turn it off in order to unfreeze it. The store couldn't figure out again why my phone wouldn't work. But sprint wouldn't let me cancel my account with out charging me $200 per line, and my husband and I each had a line. But with no choice I had to cancel because there is no use in having a phone that won't ring when people call. I talked with 6 different...
...

Today's market is full of high-tech cell phones and smart phones. Touch screen is new and big. Are you like me and drop your phone on a regular basis? I have lived on a farm and run a mechanic shop and raising 7 kids. I keep my cell phone in my pocket. It is constantly falling out. I learned the hard way that a touch screen phone does not stand up to landing in cow manure or falling into an engine compartment.

I am currently using the LG Lotus which is a flip phone. It has all the options that I must have in a phone. I can access the internet, use GPS, text and call. It has the new Qwerty key board for easy texting. It is small enough to fit in either my shirt or pants pocket. The best thing is that whenever I have dropped it, it has only gotten a couple scratches to the outside. It still functions perfectly fine.

So, if you need a tough little phone that can withstand everyday abuse, I would recommend getting a LG Lotus for all its technilogical advances along with...
...

This is a great phone offered through Sprint. It comes in a red or a purple and I have the purple because at the time I got it red was not available. It is a flip phone that also has an outer screen. It also has a full keyboard. You can text, go on the internet, facebook, check weather, and so many other things! It is pretty easy to use and you never have to worry about pocket dialing because it is a flip phone. It is not too big and is pretty thin. Fits in my pocket nicely. Gets pretty decent reception just about anywhere. Nice sized screen. Not too small and not too big. The internet is pretty easy to use. Has tabs you can set up on the bottom of the screen to acess things like news or eamils or weather very easily. Lots of nice extra features! It also has a musisc player on it! I would recommend this to anyone looking for a phone that can do just about everything! It also has GPS!
...

sagalu123 says "Just got the LG Lotus Cell Phone (sprint)" about LG - Lotus Cell Phone

So I just got the LG Lotus Cell Phone and it is great! So many bells and whistles without being overly complicated. I hate figuring out new technology. I am impatient and find it tedious. This phone is very easy to use and customize. I am sure there are features I will rarely use, but there are still a lot of great ones!

What drew me to it was the fact that is a flip phone style with an external screen and an internal screen. I prefer for my screen to be protected, and so many phones right now have an exposed screen. Yikes! I have a fear of breaking them or scratching them. So if you like the flip styles, this phone is one to look at for sure.

I know it is cheaper online, but after rebates it was under $50 in the Sprint store. This phone allows you to watch TV, functions as an MP3 player, full keboard for texting, has a camera, email and web enabled, the list goes on and on.

It comes in 3 colors, red (shiny with paisleys), purple (shiny with flowers), abd black (matte finish). I personally...
...

NayNay22 says "Very good phone" about LG - Lotus Cell Phone

Thanks to the texting phenomenon sweeping the country, messaging phones are all the rage right now. From the Verizon Wireless Blitz to the Pantech Matrix, it looks like almost every national carrier has some kind of messaging-centric handset. Sprint has answered the call with a few of their own, and one of them is the unusual-looking LG Lotus. Sporting a square shape similar to the Blitz, it has a sleek and stylish design that is quite attractive. It also has high-end features like EV-DO and access to all of Sprint's 3G services. Perhaps the only niggling detail is its price-- the Lotus is $150 with a two-year service agreement. Sprint's other messaging phone, the Samsung Rant, offers the same features as the Lotus, but is $100 less. That said, the Lotus is certainly better designed, so it's your call on whether it's worth the extra money.

Design
A recipient of the Red Dot Design Award, the design of the LG Lotus is what sets it apart from most other messaging phones. Sure the Verizon Wireless...
...

I got this phone on a online offer for free so I did not think that it was going to be a good quality phone but I really like this phone. It takes really nice pictures and has a pretty good video sharing program. I thought that it was kind of awkard looking in the beginnig but now I like that it is different looking. I use the the internet constantly on this phone, check my email, goon myspace, facebook, use the GPS system which really comes in handy, I use the tv system while I'm driving fro my daughter, she can actually watch Hannah Montana in the back seat on this phone while I am driving in the fron seat. I watch all of the Atlanta Housewives previews on the Tv part of the phone before anyone of my friends. I like the keyboard on this phone because it makes it very easy to enter searches on Yahoo or send and recieve text messages. I am so glad that I chose this phone because if would not have been free then it's not one that I'd have chosen.
...

My problem with cell phones are that I never get a signal in my house. I have had many different brands including other LG's and have had to go outside to make a call. The Lotus is compact, easy to use zoom camera, has a big screen and is pretty. The Mp3 player is easy to use. You can go online to the music store to buy songs or put songs on Micro SD card. It has a big sound for such a little phone.Definitely a female phone. Depending on your contract, you can surf the web, email, watch videos and everything else most any other phone can do. The buttons are on the small size but I don't have a big problem using the QWERTY keyboard. The big thing for me is the signal strength. I have always roamed because I found Sprint towers weren't helping me out but the Lotus doesn't have "ROAM ONLY" so I was taking a chance and found that the antenna is very strong. I no longer have to leave the house to make a call.
...

The LG Lotus is the favorite of all cell phones I have ever owned. It's about as smart as a phone gets before they call it a smartphone, and it does everything that I could ever want- and it does it well. It has a striking resemblance to a compact makeup mirror, and it provides a full comfortable QWERTY keyboard and keeps a classy look, especially in black. The external screen is nice but small, but I bought this phone for the main screen- which is huge. This phone is good for dedicated messaging fans and those with e-mails to quickly access. It is NFL Mobile Live capable, and it also has a GPS and MP3 function. The pre-loaded web browser left much to be desired, but with a free download of Opera mobile I am able to access the internet seamlessly. My only dislikes are the lack of applications when compared to the iPhone, and that you must leave the phone open while listening to NFL mobile live.
...

Has a decent battery life. Takes great pictures. I wish the zoom was a bit better though. I get lots of compliments on my phone! It fits nicely in my pocket or purse, not too bulky.
