irmoman says "Kroger Pharmacy is the only place I get perscriptions from." about Kroger Pharmacy Prescription Medicines

I always get my family prescriptions filled at the Kroger Pharmacy on Saint Andrews Road in Irmo. The people working there, especially the Pharmacist are exceptionally helpful and easy to work with. I recently had a problem with an expensive (over $200.00 prescription) not going through and being billed to my BlueCross BlueShield insurance. I needed it to show to help cover my deductible of $250.00. I brought my receipt and my prescription bottle to the Kroger Pharmacy and even though the line was long and they were backed up on filling prescriptions, the pharmacist got on the phone with BlueCross BlueShield insurance to get the mater straightened out. It took about 10 minutes of her time on the telephone, but she was able to get the problem straighted out with the Insurance company. The told her it would take eight to ten days to get the matter straightened out on my insurance records. Even though it was an expensive prescription, the pharmacist gave me 10 pills to last...
...

LisaCarey says "A Pharmacy without the Drugs I Need When I Need Them " about Kroger Pharmacy Prescription Medicines

I recently had an offer I couldn't refuse. Kroger's offered a $25.00 gift card for transferring your prescription to their pharmacy and since my insurance company was no longer paying for the prescription it seemed like a good idea and a nice way to save money. So, as I always do, on a Sunday one day a month I head to the Kroger Pharmacy to get my Yaz refill. Now let me explain, yes, I wait until the last minute, because after trying several times to get my refills early, I was told the FDA is apparently worried that I may sell this drug on the black market or possibly overdose on birth control so they only refill it every so many days.

Stopping in the Kroger Pharmacy, I do the transfer process which was actually quite easy, since I took everything with me. However, they tell me they don't have my birth control, they are out of stock, and should have it tomorrow. Ok, I think sure, it's just one day after all, not great, but I could wait and make it up. I asked for a generic alternative...
...

AngelaWLaFon says "Kroger Pharmacy Prescription Plan: $4.00 for Generic" about Kroger Pharmacy Prescription Medicines

Kroger Pharmacy Prescription Medicines

www.kroger.com/generic

For years I have been filling prescriptions at either CVS pharmacy or Walgreen's pharmacy depending on which was more convenient while I made my rounds running errands. In addition to filling prescriptions, I was also having lots of photographs developed at CVS or Walgreen's pharmacy. Now that I have discovered Snapfish.com, I 've said good bye to their photo centers.

Recently I noticed that Kroger offered a $4.00 generic prescription medicine plan. One of my prescriptions that we fill monthly was almost $8.00 using my prescription drug card at both CVS and Walgreen's but I wondered if my prescription would be on the list of $4.00 prescription medicines from Kroger. It was. So I was paying half as much for prescriptions and having them filled while I get my groceries so it saves me additional trips to drop off and pick up from drug stores.

Then I noticed something. Kroger's generic prescription plan offers a 90 day......

The Pharmacy at Kroger Drug on Denton Highway, Haltom City, Texas is staffed by 3 warm, caring and very conscientous people. They call to inquire as to your health when they know you have been ill and go the extra mile to get meds you may need. My husband needed a perscription they did not have and they trackedit down at another store and went there to pick it up for us..........I had serious surgery and they called to inquire of how my meds were doing and also if I needed anything. I have NEVER had this type of service from anywhere else. They are the greatest!...
