I really love the flavor of Kraft - Wheat Thins Toasted Chips Garden Valley Veggie because it tastes like a mixed garden of veggies in a crunchy snack. These Wheat Thins are baked golden brown and taste like delicious crackers with just the right amount of salt. I like the texture and they have a slight sweet and tangy flavor of vegetables. These crackers have less fat and calories than potato chips and are so much more flavorful. I like serving these with cream cheese and onion dips for a great snack. Each serving of about 8 chips has only 130 calories and will conquer your snack cravings. These are great at meal time and perfect for snacking on the go.
...

Wheat Thins Toasted Chips Garden Valley Veggie style appears to be a companion product to Ritz snacks I tried earlier.

This is a nice cross between the crispyness of potato chips and the subtle flavor of a cracker. Good for dipping. The veggie flavor compliments a veggies dip but also goes well with various cream dips.

According to the package they have "50% less fat than the leading fried potato chips." I don't know how one "proves" that.

I'll take their word for it. The taste is good and the promise of less fat is inviting. They also promise 290 mg of ALA omega-3 fatty acids per serving. Another one that is hard to prove froma tasting, and hard evaluate as important without more knowledge than I have. But I recall someone once said this is good stuff to consume, so consume it I did.

Other good facts: 8 chips are 130 calories. There's just a gram of saturated and no transfats. I doubt, however, that anyone chooses this or any other snack for its nutritional value.

So let's talk about...
...
