The Kraft Philadelphia Sundried Tomato and Basil Cream Cheese Spread was something different to try. It was OK, but just not something I am looking for. To much Basil for my taste and I am not real fond of Tomatoes either.

The philly tomato and basil cream cheese is really good. It's creamy and full of flavor. I recommend you try it today and see for yourself. I tried it on buttery crackers as well as wheat crackers. They were both great. Makes and excellant appetizer and goes great with all the outdoor cooking you can think of. I will most certainly keep buying this product. Thank you philly. I even had my boyfriend try it and he's kinda picky. He siad the flaors were balanced just perfect and asked that I just go and get some more now so "he" will have it on hand. I buy it almost every week now. :-)

The Sun Dried Tomato and Basil flavored cream cheese is a new product idea from Philadelphia Cream Cheese. I am always looking for new and exciting snack foods that are healthier alternatives to my favorite vice, chips and dip. I was somewhat disappointed in the Sun Dried Tomato and Basil flavored Philalphia Cream Cheese. The flavor wasn't as rich or full as I had expected. Whenever I think of the flavor of herbs and tomato together in any snack food, I expect to feel the same comfort that I get from eating pasted covered in a rich and aromatic sauce. This was not my experience with the Sun Dried Tomato and Basil flavored Philalphia Cream Cheese. I am a cream cheese lover, so I didn't find the product unpleasant; however, I found the Sun Dried Tomato and Basil flavored to be a little boring, and not very different from the plain product that Philalphia Cream Cheese makes. Again, I didn't dislike the taste, but it wasn't exciting enough for me to anticipate trying it...

kraft philadelphia cream cheese I love it. It is so tasty! After all these years I am bored with all the foods I have used. I am always looking for something to snack on or for lunch. I am sure I will love the other favor. I tried the sundried tomato and it was so good on crackers that I couldn't get enought of it. I used that and a salad for a very nice lunch. In the afternoon or close to bedtime I always want a little something and a few of the cream cheese and cracker do the job. I am looking forword to the new flavors. I have used the light onion and chives and that is real good too.

kraft philadelpha cream cheese is already a great cream cheese, and now they have kicked it up a notch by adding sundried tomato and just the rght amount of basil, the kraft philadelphia sundried tomato and basil cream cheese spread. was easy to spread on wheat crackers along with it's smooth creamy taste made it a superb snack.

I picked up the Sundried Tomato and Basil and even my kids liked it on top of crackers. It would be wonderful as a casual treat or fancied up in hordevores.

Very tasty and healthy snack that works great on a wide variety of crackers! I tried this spread on plain Ritz, Vegetable Ritz, and Wheat Thins.

Cream cheese is more filling than a lot of other toppings, and great flavor options like Sundried Tomato & Basil add variety to normal, every-day cream cheese.

Great option for your afternoon snack this Summer!

I used to go to Panera bread and order a bagel and sundried tomato cream cheese all of the time...I was addicted. And since Panera isn't convenient to where I live, this addiction was adding to my already stressful life of work, a husband and suffling kids around. Then I received a coupon for a free tub of the Philadelphia sundried tomato cream cheese and thought "what the heck" - I'll try it. It can't be bad because it is something that I already like but will it measure up to what I am used to getting at Panera? In simple terms - YES! I eat it on toasted bagels, on toasted pita bread and I also use it as a sandwich spread instead of mayo on a turkey sandwich. It's great!

Philadelphia Sun Dried Tomato & Basil Cream Cheese was great! It's got a great tomato flavor. I was hesitant to try it because I am one of those people who believes cream cheese shouldn't be flavored. But I loved it! I spread it on Triscuit Garlic crackers and it helped to bring out the flavor of the garlic in the cracker without overpowering it. I would not hesitate to keep it in the fridge for those unexpected hunger pangs nor would I hesitate to serve it at a party. I think it would make a good dip and those who like tomato would like it. The only drawback for some might be the tomato flavor. My husband doesn't like tomatoes at all, but gave this a try. He didn't like it at all; he said it tasted too much like tomatoes.

i tried the Philadelphia Sundried Tomatoe and Basil Cream Cheese spread with pita bread as a dip and loved it. The flavor is awesome and it went well with the italian dish i was serving. I plan on using it as a pita sandwhich spread soon, and will probably serve it as a snack at get together's this summer, maybe with small pieces of pita bread, or with pita chips. I loved it!!!

I tried two of Philadelphia's newest cream cheese flavors. The first one I tried was the spinach and artichoke which I got a coupon for from Viewpoints. I was very happy with that product so I bought the sundried tomato and basil variety during my next visit to the grocery store.

The sundried tomato and basil version was the worst flavor of cream cheese/dip I have tasted in my life I and I'll never try that again. The flavor was way too strong for my taste buds. It tastes just like canned tomato paste mixed with way too much basil and hardly any cream cheese. I cannot think of one thing that this version of cream cheese would taste good on. Unfortunately it went straight into the garbage can. In other words it is as if I did not get a tub for free after all. I am very disappointed.

So the Philadelphia Spinach and Artichoke is very good but the Sundried Tomato and Basil variety is the absolute worst. I don't know how Philadelphia can make one flavor so good and then one so horrible...
