I purchased this camera from Best buy. The battery never worked so I took it back to best buy but they said I would have to send it back to Kodak which I did and it took about a week. When I got it back the battery still did not work so I sent it back about an hour after I had received it back from Kodak. I waited another week or so and the same thing. Finally best but gave me a credit for the purchase I brought a canon which I love. All in all, this camera stinks. Don't waste your time, get a good one and don't look back.
...

mkszolo says "great little camera" about Kodak - EasyShare C663 Digital Camera

I purchased, or I should say my mother in law purchased for me, this Kodak digital camera after my previous Kodak digital camera died. The flash went out on the old one and it was cheaper to buy this new one than to fix the flash on the old one. THat should be enough to tell you about the price. It was a good deal. It has ten plus mega pixels and all sorts of features like things that keep it from blurring if your hand shakes a little, sport picture taking, night picture taking, distance picture taking, up close picture taking, video shooting with sound. The pictures come out really nice. They look grainy on the computer screen sometimes but that is just because they get blown up so big. They print out very nice and if you send them somewhere like Costco to get prints made, the pictures are excellent quality. I really like the camera. It is easy to use. Even the kids use it. Use recharable batteries.
...

NueroticMomma says "Batteries die very fast, always have to edit the pictures" about Kodak - EasyShare C663 Digital Camera

This camera is not bad if you like to replace batteries every other day. Always have to edit to fix little details. I would not tell anyone to buy this one. I do like the look and price but the quality could be 10 times better for the price....

I really like having a digital camera, and it is simple to follow the directions to upload the software to the computer, and just as simple to download and sync camera and computer.

BUT, I have to edit nearly every picture, even with the red eye reducer function on (which REALLY runs down the batteries), to fix red eyes.
...

This camera takes good pictures. Only bad thing is that you have to constantly change the batteries, even if they are rechargeable ones. Only thing you can edit on camera is cropping. No red-eye fix or any other editing options. For the most part it is a good camera, if the battery life was longer.
...
