OK guys so my mean mother in law suprised me last week with this blinder. She got it in some gawd awful yellow color that looked like a school bush that just took a doodie! I hated that color but anyway Bettyanne my in law threw the big boz it came in at me and said now you can be the wife you should have been 2 years ago. I was so p.oed!!!! anywho so I went home and I made cookies, this is not child friendly at all because my daughter who is 13 months pushed the speed all the way up and flour went everywhere! Not to mention this mixer has made my life a living heck! my in law has been holding it above my head that she bought me such an expencive gift when i didn't even want it! I took it to wallmart even though she got it from amazon and I got a full refund because they sell them there. I ended up spending the money on a pair of shoes for me and a bratz doll for my daughter. I still have a lot of money left on the gift card IDK what to do with it other than buy groceries. really I would...
...

This was a birthday present for myself and i LOVE LOVE LOVE it. I can't say enough wonderful things about it. I don't use it often but when i do it is great. It is heavy duty and can do just about anything. I really have only used it as a mixer and not the attachments but i am excited to do so.
...

My KitchenAid mixer is indeed a work horse, I grind my four with the grinder attachment, and then mix the bread after a cool down time. I had gotten several attachments with my old machine an was happy that they all fit and work on the new one. I used to be a baker and these machines are similar to the BIG ones I used to use at work. It is larger than many old mixers we were used to back when but that does keep the machine from dancing off the counter with a heavy load, and I naver would have been able to mix bread in them. Attachments can be hard to find in stores But they are avalable online and from KitchenAid. I had one of the old stand mixers and was happy with it, when my husband got me a new Red one I gave my old stand by to my Mother for her to use. It's a little large for her counter but she uses it, for whipping and batters, a grudging consession to her age....

Love this mixer! It does everything for you. (I haven't tried all the attachments, but am looking forward to using them.) Batters are mixed while you're adding ingredients which saves time. No more achy shoulders from stiring thick batters. Makes cooking a breeze, especially for a busy housewife/taxi driver/executive assistant/biller/accountant/etc/etc!!!!...

Kitchenaid Mixer
A definite must have for any cook or baker! I previously had a hand-held mixer and was hesitant to purchase a Kitchenaid Mixer due to the cost. Lucky for me, I received a Kitchenaid Mixer last year as a gift. Mixing is so easy now! Perfect for homemade mashed potatoes or any baked treats - just put your ingredients in and turn it on. Easy peasy! As you are probably aware, there are several attachments available for purchase including an ice cream maker, meat grinder, etc. I will hopefully be able to build my Kitchenaid Mixer collection.
...

I recieved this mixer as a gift from my grandparents. It is the best gift I could have asked for. I have been decorating cakes for about 8 or 9 years and was quite honestly so frustrated with other mixers. I burnt up 4 hand mixers in a matter of 1 year. I have had this one for 2 years now and wouldn't trade it for any other small kitchen appliance. This mixer is this cake decorator's dream in the kitchen. If there was one thing that I would change about this mixer I would give it a larger bowl. Sometimes if I have to make a lot of frosting or a very large cakeI have to make it in two sections. I have also found that very large batches of cookies end with the same result. Overall this is my favorite product in the whole kitchen and if someone tried to take it away I would have to fight them....

My Kitchenaid is my favorite small appliance. I can prepare so many delicious items with it, I consider it a food processor too, it does so much to making cooking easier.

The attachments are easy to use, the whole model is great looking and it just might last through my lifetime!! I don't mind it sitting on the counter it is great looking.

My family appreciates my kitcheaid too, they are getting a lot more homemade items and with today's economy, it is a real cost-saving appliance!!!!
...

I grew up with my Mom's KitchenAid mixer and when I got my own place about 12 years ago I got one of my own and still have it. These things last forever!

My KitchenAid mixer is well used, I can whip up anything from cookies to bread in it. It looks nice in the kitchen. Unlike a hand mixer sitting on the counter, it's a centerpiece in the kitchen.

I know that they are expensive but if you add up all the hand mixers that you will go through in your lifetime you will save in the long run with a KitchenAid mixer!
...

Within the past month, I have purchased the KitchenAid Proline K5M5 Mixer. I bake numerous cakes for the Elderly and I was having to use more energy and time, adding ingredients while holding a large bowl, mixing, changing positions and continue on. It was wearing me out. I saw the standing mixer and thought Perfect, that would help, I made the purchase and it has made my Baking Experiences: now much more enjoyable. I can deliver more Carrot cake w/pineapple and raisins & walnuts with Cream Cheese Frosting more often, for many more elderly peoples....

The kitchenaid proline mixer was a godsend for me. I have carpal tunnels in my hands so holding a vibrating mixer was painful. When I received the proline as a gift I was able to pour my ingredients into the bowl, push the lever to the desired speed and watch the product blend and mix to the perfect consistency!...

this is the best mixer I have ever set in my kitchen, and my kitchen will never be without a Kitchen-aid again. Very powerful easy to clean and always ready for any task at hand. I love this product for homemade breads and mash potato's. I have taken a look at all the attachments, but I seem to have a little difficulty finding where to purchase them. I really think a couple of the attachments that are sold separately are quite necessary and should come with the original set. Over all this is the best electronic in my kitchen, and will not be included in my prenuptial agreement....
