The name of this washer only hints at its quality, great space and clean spotless dishes. I don't use anything but regular dish soap and my wine glasses have come out ready to serve, not even a rinse necessary!

Ever since we bought this dishwasher we have had nothing but problems. There is continual food particles left on the plates and dishes. We were told that we were using the wrong type of detergent, so we got the recommended one and still the same. Then we were told that we needed to use the glass rinse and that didn't work. We've had the authorized repair service out 3 times and they replaced different parts each time to no avail. There is massive about of soap and small food buildup inside along the door molding and sliders of the trays that I have constantly had to scrub out. Now we are cleaning up from it flooding all over wood floors. This was supposed to be the high end, but don't spend the bucks.

boy I was glad when we got the dish washer I hate washing dishes no matter what I had not heard of that model before we bought the KitchenAid Architect ll K series but I am glad we found it cause now all I have to do is load and start and them put them away and it cleans real good some times I will leave a dish till the next day and I have learned to rinse it off then cause the food has dried on the dish but other wise it does great I can start the dishwasher and go run erranes and they are done when I get back that saves time love it

The dishwasher works fantastic! Loads of room. We got it at Lowe's. No complaints. It's super quiet and seems to have a lot of room.

Just bought my first stainless steel appliance, a dishwasher. I wanted something a little fancy, because we're planning to sell our home in about 5 years and I think upgraded appliances help "sell". I decided on KitchenAid, because it's available at Best Buy, my favorite big box, and because it's one of the more affordable of the nice appliances.

Although I had to pay for both delivery and installation, I couldn't be happier. I ran my first load of dirty dishes, and the results are outstanding. The reviews on BestBuy.com said to go ahead and pay for installation - it's a little tricky. I wasn't home when it was installed, but there's no way myself or my husband would be crawling around on the floor hooking up electrical or plumbing. So - the installer was worth the $120. With delivery at $70, my total was nearly $1000. An investment, to be sure.

It runs quietly, although it takes a couple hours to run a cycle. I was warned of this in the brochure. It's easy to space...

bought the architect series kitchenaid dishwasher in stainless steel- we've had maytags for over 30 yrs. but this time took the kitchenaid from sears, the best thing we could have done. quiet, love the quick clean up cycle. everything comes out clean the first time....

I did a lot of research online before setteling on this Kitchen Aid model. It had the best overall reviews within our price range.

We purchased from Home Depot. They honored their price match plus 10% off guarantee of Sears' advertised price of $509.99. At $458.99 it was a great buy.

It is amazingly quiet. A world of difference than our 10 Y/O Kenmore.

This Kitchen Aid can easily compete with the more expensive Bosch in every aspect.

This dishwasher lives up to it's expectations! It is durable and reliable and does all the things it say it can do. Never needs any serious repair - and the repair warrantee is FANTASTIC!...

I have owned Kitchen Aid dishwashers in two homes now and am always pleased with their performance. I prefer the stainless steel interior as it stays cleaner overall.

My experience has been superb. The dishwasher does an efficient job in a timely manner, and I never have to "touch up" anything, even when dishes sit for a few days before there is a full load. I would recommend it to anyone.

My wife and I have had trouble with this machine. It does not seem to wash very well. It is very quiet but dishes come out dirty most of the time. For $800 we thought it would do a better job. Will call service person again to see if it will not work better....
