My KitchenAid stand mixer is the one appliance I use almost everyday. I used to never bake because of the hassle, but now I can just toss in ingredients and the mixer does the work for me. I am so proud of it that it is prominently displayed in my kitchen.

I use my Kitchenaid 6 quart mixer to mix cookie dough and I haven't had a problem. I have been baking cookies for 5 years with the same mixer and have never had a problem.

if my hubby hadn't bought me this Kitchen-Aid Classic stand mixer, i would never have realized what a terrific cook i can be! I have only the basic attachments right now, but i have used this handy mixer a lot. it is powerful, easy to clean, has a good range of speeds. i love it.

I have been doing all of my Christmas baking by hand and as I got older, it got harder and harder to mix the cookie dough. But one day my husband surprised me with this powerful mixer and it changed my Christmas baking forever. It is so powerful that it can mix even the thickest of cookie dough. I love it and can't believe I went so long without it....

KitchenAid Professional 600

39 Years with KitchenAid, But No More….

A little over a year ago my wife and I replaced our ca. 5-year-old KitchenAid stand mixer with a KitchenAid Professional 600. The new Professional 600 ran for about 45 minutes, but was cheerfully and promptly replaced…by another which lasted a little over a year--beyond the warranty period but not quite to the end of the holiday baking season--with never having mixed anything beyond half the rated batter/dough quantity, and almost never at more than half speed. Finding local repair service quite unexpectedly turned out to be impossible, even with a large nationally-known store that seemingly weekly advertises new KitchenAid mixers and avows to service what they sell. When contacted, “Kenny,” Communications Coordinator from the “KitchenAid Customer Satisfaction Center” offered a “shipping kit,” for $32.00, and to have us ship it to the factory to have “a trained technician … diagnose the problem...

This product is absolutely wonderful! I received the professional size stand mixer for Christmas from my fiancee. I have always wanted one but could never really afford it. I put it on my "wish list" not thinking that I would actually get one! As soon as I started to unpack it, I knew I was going to love it! It is heavy-duty and you can tell it is quality merchandise before you even use it! I have made very large batches of cookies with no problems at all - and when I say "large", I mean it; I can triple a normal recipe and the mixer handles it well without ever slowing down or smelling like it's on fire. I would say this is an absolute 'must-have' product for anyone who loves to cook or bake!...

This mixer is a must have for the serious cook or baker. The mixer does all the work for you. It is very sturdy, and last a long time. There are so many attactments that you can get to make this mixer an even more effiecent utensil. From mixer to juicer, to a pasta maker, food processer, even a meat grinder. This product is a little expensive, but well worth it....
