Wow......this little chopper is the best thing that any mom can have in her kitchen!!! My mom got it for me after I got married, and I have to say it has made life in the kitchen so much easier. I like to cook russian food.There food is really good, but takes up a lot of time. Plus most recepies require a lot of cutting and chopping. It would take hours for me to cook one meal especially when I made Sh-chi. But with this chopper you can chop up tons of stuff in just minutes. I love it and I would recomend it for anybody that loves to cook, but maybe doesnt have a lot of time because of kids or work.

It makes things so much faster and easier. Plus, its a great thing to have around if you have little kids that cant eat solid foods yet you can chop up there food into little pieces to make it easier to eat. And not have to worry about them getting cranky, because your taking for ever to cut there food. This is a great product and worth every penny.

I love my chopper. It is very easy to use and you can see the food as you chop it. It shows when you should stop chopping for the dish of food you are making. This chopper only takes seconds to chop the food. Its handy and makes a great gift for someone you know cooks alot. I would not hesitate to purchase another one should something happen to it. It is very easy to take apart and clean.

I bought the Kitchen Aid Chef's Chopper Mini Food Processor with high expectations. The Kitchen Aid name comes with that. Well I must say that I was let down.Just to start with it is very hard to get the cup onto the motor part, it never really clicks onto it very solid, then the lid is even hard to know which way to put it on. I do not usually have trouble figuring things like this out, but this one can frustrate me at times. I have actually not used it at times and cut things by hand, because I did not want to be bothered by this machine. I really wish I would have gotten a lesser expensive model that would have had more features on it. This only does one thing. I cannot chop Vegetables into larger chunks this chopper really chops things up very small. You really cannot use it for too many things in the kitchen. I was really hoping for it to be more multifunctional than it is. I can say that it is easy to clean. Save your money, go with something that you can control with different...

I saw the little Kitchenaid mini food processor on TV (on a home shopping network) and thought it might be great to have. Found a good deal for it online and am so happy I bought it. The type of chopping that is never worth hauling out the regular size food processor is exactly the type of uses I find for this little number, which I keep on my countertop. Anything that saves time and work is fine with me!

Bottom-Line: The KitchenAid 3-Cup Chef's Chopper is a keeper.

Mrs. Bard and I are bargain shoppers; unless there is deal to be had, there is no money changing hands. So despite the fact that I have wanted a small 3-cup chopper for the longest I held off for a deal, and this past week it came my way in the form of a 10% off sale from JCPenney.com, with free shipping to boot! The chopper, or small food processor as it is know in some circles, is a KitchenAid KFC3100 3-Cup Chef's Chopper.

The simple KitchenAid 3-Cup Chef's Chopper is a small foot print 3-cup two-blade chopper that features just one button, the pulse/on-off switch. The cup is removable as is the blade and can be cleaned with warm soap and water. The chopper has a safety feature in that it will not work without the cup being locked into place.

Why did I want a 3-cup food processor you ask? Because I was tired of tearing up when chopping up onions, it sucks as I am sure most of us know. But that wasn't the only...

I use this all the time. I have the full size model but it is big and bulky. With just two of us now the Kitchen Aid mini chopper is the perfect size for our cooking needs. The 3 cup capacity is just the right size for making salsa, pesto, dips and more. The chopper has a reverse spiral action blade for uniform chopping which makes quick work chopping nuts and onions. The see though cover lets you see how much you've chopped and is a breeze to clean up. The parts are dishwasher safe or can be hand-washed quickly and easily.

The mini food chopper comes with a one year warranty. It is Kitchen Aid quality you can trust.

It is a bit pricey for its size though. If you can use the larger model spend the extra money. It will suit you better.
