JKD says "The one kitchen appliance I can't live without. " about Kitchen Aid Food Processor - 12 Cups KFP750

If you don't have this food processor, you need it. This is a great kitchen tool. In fact, it's the only kitchen appliance I couldn't live without. I use it for just about everything. It comes with a variety of different blades. It chops, dices and slices. I use it constantly, whether a recipe calls for it or not. So will you.

One of it's best features, other than ease of use, is that it has the full-size bowl and then a smaller sized bowl that fits right into that one. This makes clean up so much easier depending on what you're making. I also just pop the bowl and attachment right into the dishwasher. Never had a problem yet.

I don't like things sitting on my kitchen counters, but if I had to, I'd leave this one sitting out. It's attractive, has great function and I use it on a very regular basis. I'd had it for several years now and it hasn't failed me yet. It will be getting a workout over the holidays, and I'm glad to have it. Add it to your Christmas list if it's not on there yet....
...

Kitchen Aid Food Processor - 12 Cups KFP750 is a wonderful appliance to have. Clean up is easy! Top is dishwasher top rack safe. Comes with nice storage box for slicing disks and choppers. We love salads and fresh veggies in our soups, stews and as sides. I go shopping on the weekend and also visit the farmers market. I chop up a bunch of carrots, celery, cucumbers, zucchini, onions, and other veggies. I put them in Debbie Meyer green boxes and store in the fridge. All week long I just pull out the fresh sliced veggies as I need them for salads, sides, soups, or stews. It saves me so much time!
...

Kitchen Aid has always stood out as a reputable company in my mind when it comes to household kitchen appliances. The twelve cup processor is large enough to accommodate large families and maintains a rather aggressive powerful stroke when chopping tough materials (such as nuts, etc) My only complaint has been the hole in the middle of the bowl-created to house the blade being used. Whenever I create a liquid mixture, a portion of it leaks from the hole in the middle. In an attempt to salvage my creation, I usually end up finding a larger bowl to place the entire machine in. I would recommend Cuisinart over Kitchenaid as far as food processors are concerned...

For years I thought a food processor was an expensive and unnecessary gadget. However this device changed my mind about the utility of having one in the kitchen. It is so useful, especially for things I did not expect such as beating egg whites. Three extra cutting discs came with it and my only complaint is that they are so sharp I once cut myself quite badly while taking it out of the dishwasher. I wash the whole thing in the dishwasher and it comes out very clean. I love the little bowl that fits inside the big one, for processing small batchs. Altogether I am very happy with this appliance, and it is well worth the space it takes on my counter!...

I have owned other food processor in the past that were disappointing. They either broke, or over processed the food. This One is a work horse. I use it a minimum of 3 times a week. It slices potatoes for scalloped potatoes perfectly. I grate both Hard and soft cheese with no problem. My 3 year old Niece Even helps by feeding either the cheese or onions or herbs. It is on the heavy side so if you have counter space it would be easier. I don't but I still use it constantly. I have had processor for a long time now. When I got it it came with 3 additional cutting disks. The small top bowl is a nice touch and I use it all the time too. It makes for easy storage also....

This processor seems a little pricey but it is the kitchenaid brand so I felt confident in the quality. This is fantastic. I purchased some additional cutting disks and I find so many ises for the processor it is unbelieveable. I can shave, ice, whip egg whites, dice, chop and grate in many different sizes. I can also just blend ingredients together such as flour, sugar etc to add air to cake and bread ingredients. It will also mix my bread dough. I am extremely happy with this. The quality is fantastic and it can be used for endless tasks. You will not be dissapointed....

This was my husband''s Christmas gift to me last year and I couldn't be happier with his choice. I've had other food processors and this one outshines them by far! The main thing that I absolutely love about it is the fact that it come with a mini bowl. This bowl fits right inside the larger one and is stored there also. It is to use when you are chopping small amounts of items, and comes with a smaller size blade just for it. So nice when you only need smalls amounts of items and hate to dirty the whole processor! I find that I use it quite often, in fact. The only thing I can really fault it on is that you have to be very careful which button you use when processing and timing or you can end up with mush. However, the more you use it, the better you get at judging which button and how long, etc. While not as cheap as others, I find that the quality is well worth the extra money. My last processor (which shall remain nameless) lid actually melted some in the dishwasher-and it......

I used the same food processor for 20 years. It worked--so why replace it? The fact was I needed a larger bowl than my old one had, and I was tired of chop/empty and repeat. I decided on a kitchenaid as I have been happy with their products and service (I buy online, after I find a deal). I used it as soon as it arrived. Who knew food processors had improved so much? The blades zipped through the food (much faster than in my old machine). There was no need to empty the processor to make room for more, and it did just a plain better job than I could have ever dreamed.
If you are debating about replacing an old worn out food processor then do it. You will be amazed. I recommend the kitchenaid...
