I would defiently purchase kiehls lip balm I have used it before and I will use again, and again! This lip balm leaves wanting more, it's not like the generic brands that you have to keep applying, it feels so good, that you always want to keep it with you, and defintely on you!

My daughter introduced me to this line a few years ago. Every product I try gets better and better. The tube is easy to use. You don't need much product and it does the job! I have had problems with dry skin and chap stick seemed to make my lips worse. This product worked--saved me from sunburned lips as well.

i have been hooked on this lip balm since HS! Now my husband also uses it... just a little on at night will help make my lips softer, and i use it over lipstick for an added sheen... I like the size of the tube and the texture on your lips is not too thick or watery. It also has an ok scent/taste that does not bother you. I do find that it is not sold everywhere and in my area, you need to go to specific stores to buy this product. (although i understand due to it being an "exculsive type" brand.) I have bought this for my children for their stockings for christmas!

great product, well worth the cost......... :)

I have a problem.

I have a really bad habit of picking at my lips. Anytime they get the least bit dry, I can't help but to pick at the dryness. That's why I often end up with bleeding lips.

And that's why lip balm is so important to me.

And nobody does lip balm like Kiehl's.

Kiehl's #1 lip balm is aptly named. It's magic in a tube! There is no better product on the market for healing and soothing dry, chapped lips. It works almost instantly and hydrates thoroughly. With other lip balms, I often feel like I have to keep reapplying because they only moisturize on the surface. Kiehl's moisturizes deep down, and even after the initial gloss wears off, my lips still feel moisturized and healthy.

I suppose it's a little expensive for lip balm, but because a little goes such a long way, you really do get your money's worth.

And it makes a great stocking stuffer!

Look out, dry lips. With Kiehl's around, you don't stand a chance.

I really love beauty products, but my number one staple in products is always lip balm. I love the Kiehl's lip balm #1. This lip balm has helped save my dry, cracked and chapped lips over and over again from the harsh effects of cold weather. I live in New England and winters are brutal here....between the drying effects of in home heating and the drying effects of the harsh cold and brutal winter, my skin takes a beating. I have to keep them moisturized with Kiehl's lip balm and that helps tremendously. I always purchase several tubes of it....one to keep in my purse, one for my medicine cabinet, one for my desk at work, and one to keep in my car. So as you can see, no matter where I go I am always ready to battle dryness with the Kiehl's lip balm. i have also gotten friends and family hooked on it because it is such a great and terrific product. After you try it you will also see the dramatic difference it makes on dry and chapped and chafed lips. You will be loving it so much you will buy lots like me!

When I was a kid I had terrible chap lip problems in the winter. They would crack and bleed and when I tried to do something like drink orange juice it could be excruciating. I would end up using Crisco on my lips, and while it actually worked pretty well, I have to admit it makes me cringe a bit now knowing I was putting a bunch of shortening on my mouth to cure chap lips.

Thes days I use plain Chap Stick most of the time (the fruit flavors make my stomach a bit queasy) because it's easy to find and inexpensive. However, when I can find it for a good price I love Kiehl's Lip Balm #1. My wife and I recently stayed in a hotel that featured Kiehl's toiletries and I came home with 2 free new tubes, which will last me for a while.

The balm itself is thick and gooey and stays put really well. Not only does it soak in and go to work almost immediately, it's substantial enough to keep working for a while with just one application. There is an ititial smell a bit like Dr. Bronner's liquid soap,...

Kiehl's is a brand that has a long history (since 1851). I have tried pretty much most of its products.This Kiehl's Lip Balm #1 is the first one that I bought and I have been using it for 5 or more years now. I recommended it to almost every friends, even guys.

As it is shown in its description, its main function is to protect cracked lips. So for the best result, I always wear it before sleep and the next morning, the lip would be extremely juicy. It can also be put on during day time, since it has sun protection. Most of the time, I just wear it and it is shiny enough. This lip balm is totally transparent. You can also use it as a base and then put on your lip sticks or lip gloss to add colors on your lips. But I would suggest you check your mouth once a few hours to see if your lips are still perfect. All in all, It is safe, moisture and totally afforadble for anyone.

Kiehl's Lip Balm #1 should be a staple in everyone's life - men and women. This product wins beaty awards from magazines yearly. Basically what we have here is a tube of Petrolium Skin Protectant for your lips, although I suppose you could use it on other ares of your face. I have used a dab once or twice around my nose where the skin is really dry and cracked. Kiehl's Lip Balm number one has been around since the 1800's, just like their Company. I think this was their first product they offered. This Lip Balm has an SPF of 4. Kiehl's Lip Balm #1 temporarily protects and helps relieve chapped or cracked lips and helps protect lips from the drying effects of wind and cold weather. I live in Florida - where it's npt cold or windy - and this product is always with me. I have 4 tube going at once, one in my purse, one on my nightstand (for the middle of the night chapped lip pain), one next to my sofa so I can apply when I watch TV , and one back up in my "makeup shrine." ...

I'm a lip balm obsessive. I have different lip balms all over my house and several in each of my handbags. I have to have something on my lips, whether it's balm, gloss, or lipstick, at all times. When I first tried Kiehl's Lip Balm No 1, I was hooked. It's some of the best balm I've ever tried. You can buy it in two forms: tube, or pot. I have both but I prefer the tube. The balm is smooth and gives your lips some shine without being at all sticky or goopy. It slides on easily and it even has SPF 4 in it, which is a bonus for those of us concerned about the effects of the sun. During the winter I like to slather on some extra lip balm right before I go to bed to help keep my lips hydrated and this stuff really does the trick for me.

A tube of Kiehl's lip balm will set you back $6.50 which sounds fairly steep for this type of thing. But believe me, it's well worth it. Also if you happen to make a purchase at an actual Kiehl's store, you can get a free lip balm by completing an online survey......

I've tried lots and lots of lip balms for dry lips but Kiehl's Lip Balm #1 is the one I always come back to. It's inexpensive, fragrance free and most importantly - IT WORKS! When you first put it on it may feel a bit greasy but it literally sinks into your lips in just a few minutes. Whatever is left on my fingertip after applying to my lips I rub on my cuticles and it helps keep them moisturized too.

One of my nieces gets the big red chapped circles around her lips especially during the winter from skin/allergy issues and this is the only over-the-counter product that works for her.

And did I mention - it's really inexpensive!!!
