KID ROCK

ROCK AND ROLL JESUS

This cd has lot of good songs. My favorite would have to be amen because i can relate to alot of the stuff he is sayin in his lyrics , I also like how all summer long put a twist on it by makin it sound sorta country. At first i didn know it was kid rock singing it ,Roll on had alot of verry good lyrics as well blue jeans and a rosery was pretty slow but had alot of good meaning to it. Out of all i think it is one of kid rocks better albums i still prefer to listin to his older music from back when cowboy and american bad ass were platinum I am waitin to see what he is going to come out with for his next album. I don't know if it was just me or the rest of kid rocks fans who thought it was a little shocking to see him come out with a country cd or not. After all the 'hip-hop hype & bad-mouthing Kid actually goes to his roots & plays some good music!

Kid Rock's latest album "Rock'n'Roll Jesus" and its single "All Summer Long" have been two of the biggest hits of the summer. That's why his current CD Rock N Roll Jesus sold over 100,000 copies last week, 45 weeks after it was released. This album has something for everyone in my family. They have been songs that I could listen too along with my 'teen rock-snob' and the pre-teen rap-freak!

Kid acts like he doesn't give a damn. and that's one of the things that like about him. It reminds me of my teen-years.......not giving a d**m about what anyone thinks!

I think that he has finally come into his element as a songwriter, a father and a person. He is now seeing people are accepting him for who he is.

I get tired of all this junk people put out and try to call it country. This is just another poor attempt by someone who should not be called a singer to try to pry a few extra bucks out of people who don't know any better by calling it country just because it is now in to be called that. This does not qualify as music as all much less country music.Whether you are an old time country music fan or are into more of the newer wave of country music this just does not fit in to the landscape of Hank Sr. , Marty Robbins, Trace Adkins, Asleep at the wheel, or even Rascal Flatts. He should just stay in the yelling, screaming group that you have to be stoned out of your mind to even pretend to understand what the crap he is trying to put out as music, not here....

Kid Rock- Rock and Roll Jesus, is beyond the best album he has created. It is one of those albums that you love to listen to every song on the album, not just a few tracks. I am normally a country music listner but for some reason I love his new sound!! It was definately worth the purchase. I have also found that it is being played on all sorts of radio stations....

another awesome kid rock outtake. he has grown so much and shows so much diversity i don't know how anyone could say that he is typicall BS. can't wait to see him in concert this summer. people should give him a chance and he also needs to get more radio play....

Kid Rock has always been one of those artists that I just don't get. I don't get how he's sold so many records, I don't get his appeal, and I don't get how a dude supposedly so talented seems to write every other song about how great he is and yet can't write a decent song about anything else.

Oh, sure, he tries on his newest album, Rock 'N' Roll Jesus. He wants you to believe there are two sides to Kid Rock: the brash, confident, overhyped superstar, and the down home country boy who just wants the simple things in life. Nevermind that one contradicts the other; if you're listening to Kid Rock, you shouldn't be thinking in the first place.

And I guess there's nothing wrong with him once in a while in terms of mindless rock music. His mashup here of Werewolves of London and Sweet Home Alabama with new lyrics works better than it has any right to, and just the fact that you hear there was a mashup of those two songs and it wasn't a horrible disaster is a positive I suppose.
