His ideas seem solid yet, when you get to the heart of it you would end up buying 100's of dollars in supplements etc. to be able to follow it like he has outlined.

Not the way to go, at least not for me.
...

salamichops says "Not so fast, Kevin!" about Kevin Trudeau

I decided to get this book because my daughter was putting on rapid weight and hey if there's a cure to weight gain -- I want to know!

Turns out my daughter has a medical condition with her hormones and we're in the process of running medical tests.

I did read this book cover to cover and what I came to learn is nothing more than what I have been doing over the years with regard to eating healthy. It would be great if our meats didn't have hormones in them as a result of ranchers wanting to produce larger livestock. These hormones are then passed to us. Our fruits and vegetables, again, are being sprayed with chemicals and genetically being altered as Kevin states all for the sake of the almighty dollar! Again we are injesting these chemicals and the nutritional value of the fruit and produce we eat is minimalized due to scientists altering the genetic makeup of fruits and vegetables to have longer shelf life, etc. Once, again all for the almighty dollar. What can a consumer do. Well, Kevin...
...

JeanneC says "It worked for me" about Kevin Trudeau

I decided to try the Kevin Trudeau diet taken from his book to see if it would work. Well it did but I did not lose as much as he said I would and stuck exactly to the diet. With that said, I am happy with the results and have done it serveral other times to lose all the weight I wanted to.

The good thing is that I have kept it off and still lost more weight when I was not on the diet. However, I must say that I worked with the diet and not against it. I have always been a good food eater and this diet helped me to stay a good food eater. Kevin said that it would reset the hypothalmus and I think that happened but I don't eat the pasta, ice cream and other fattening foods that he said he eats on the infomercial.

I don't think that is wise and I think everybody's system reacts to carbs and sugar in a different way. So, I suggest that you need to change your eating habits to prevent the diseases and weight gain that got you there in the first place. This isn't a magic system but it has helped...
...
