It was immediately available and pick up was fast and efficient. Upon opening the box and examining the dishwasher, I was impressed with many of the mechanical features (the ones you don't see after it is installed). Installation was a breeze (admittedly I have SOME experience at this). Some of the mechanical features I liked were; the rear wheels, which made sliding the unit into place a snap; the clearance under the unit to make attachments (I have big paws, and have encountered units that have caused me to abuse the English language); and the quantity of sound dampening. This is my second Kenmore dishwasher, the last one was a low end unit, out of which, I felt I got a longer than anticipated life.... This has been a reliable machine in all respects. It is easy to load and unload and I especially like the little lids that cover two of the silverware compartments so that small items such as lids do not fly around inside the machine. The cycles work well for me and I appreciate the delay setting. It is rather hard to clean inside and now after several years I notice soap scuz building up inside the door. It does not appear to affect the cleaning of the dishes, however....
