Last year we purchased a Kenmore Elite Trio(model 7872). It is a great refigerator except the water dispenser constantly leaks water!

When we were remodeling out kitchen we decided to replace our appliances. The one I was most happy to replace was our refrigerator. The last one we had seemed so small inside. I never had enough room during the holidays for all my food. We purchased the Model 253 because of how roomy it was. I loved the seperate temperature controls for veggies and fruits. I love the way you can reconfigurate the shelves. Right now I have a HUGE thawing in there with no problem, just needed to move one shelf up. I decided against the stainless steel after hearing from several people who own them saying how hard they are to keep clean. I have a bright red and white kitchen and we bought all black appliances, I love the look. I really appreciate that I can prep whole trays of food ahead of time and put them in the refrigerator. This refrigerator has met my needs and even exceeded some. The only down side, and I knew from researching before I bought it was that it makes a rather loud knocking noise, if it...

I purchased a Kenmore Elite Refrigerator in Nov., 2007 and have had 3 service calls on it. First, the freezer quit. I got that fixed. Then the ice maker quit. I got that fixed. Then the whole thing quit. I got that fixed. Now, one of the shelves on top that slides in and out will not stay in place. One little touch, and the shelf slides out of the bracket and falls down, spilling whatever you have on the shelf. I am not at all happy with this refrigerator. And if I have to purchase a new one, I will not buy a Kenmore (or LG, because that is the company that made the Kenmore).

The trio was the perfect refrigerator for my family. Having the armoire doors allows you to store larger trays of food. The bottom freezer give you lots of room. Well worth the money.

When we got the Kenmore refregirator, we saw that many things changed around the house because the one we had before was much smaller. Besides that, the other one did not make any ice. Now with this one, we enjoy ice either crushed or the whole cubes, or if you want some water, you can have it and you know that this one is already filtered. A big advantage we have now with this one now. It is more convenient also because it has more space. The freezer is built in a vertical form, that means that you can separate the food in different places, instead of having everything all together. In general, what I like the most about this refrigerator is all the different spaces that has for the vegetables, the fruit, dairy products, etc. In addition to all the space we have inside both the freezer and the refrigerator, we have more spaces on both doors. Both of them have lots and lots of bins for all the different things that are necessary in a household. One more thing, because of it being so...

We purchased a Kenmore French Door refrigerator, Model # 78306, with bottom freezer. I was replacing a twenty one year old Knmore, and I have to say I was intrigued by the design, but a bit nervous about the bottom freezer. After reading lots of reviews online, I decided it was the fridge for me. I am so glad I did! This fridge is so roomy, and the bottom freezer is a breeze. There is a pull-out top shelf in it for the Ice bin and ice trays. I didn't want the icemaker, as we have had trouble over the years with them leaking and pouring water all over, ruining the downstair ceilings and walls. I will mess with ice-cube trays, not all that difficult.

What impressed me first was how bright and open the refrigerator is. Drawers are clear plastic so the veggies in them are viewable and less likely to be forgotten. Both of the crisper drawers are made with humidity controls, and they are very good at keeping the veggies fresh longer. The door shelves are all adjustable and accomodate a lot of...

We just purchased the Kenmore Refrigerator. It was economical and it does the job of keeping the food cold and the freezer is plenty big for our family size. The style is sleek and looks great in our kitchen. A very practical choice to purchase this one. Do love all the compartments in the Frig.

We have had this Kenmore refrigerator since 1997 and it has been almost entirely worry-free--we did have to replace the ice-maker once during that time, but otherwise I would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone considering buying a fridge. We got it at Sears, which frequently has sales on their major appliances, and I was even able to get some special red paneling to attach to the front of it so it would match my kitchen, which is all red and strawberry-themed.

It's easy to operate and has separate temperature control ***** inside for the fridge and freezer. I love the side-by-side design and especially the ice and water dispenser, which I use all the time. Has a lot more storage inside than it looks like it has from the outside. Overall, an excellent value; we had just moved into an apartment with no fridge and had to buy our own, and we were going to settle for a basic, regular model with a top or bottom freezer and ice trays, but with the sale Sears was having, we were actually...

The only reason we have had two is when we moved the people who bought our last home asked if we could leave it. So we purchased another when we moved to Michigan, that was 16 years ago. Heavy duty. They do not make products like they use to. The color is Almond matches the rest of the appliances. So I'm happy. It would be easy to switch out with a Black one as our stove is Almond with a Black door. We use our items until they can't be used anymore....

We bought the Kenmore side by side 26 cubic feet with ice and water throught the door I would say definately buy. We love ours makes lots of ice and good cold filtered water.

Bought a Kenmore Coldspot 10676239402 in 2006. I have not overloaded shelves with too much weight or abused the fridge in any way.I opened the fridge today with a shelf broken and everything on it fallen. In less than 3 years, all the plastic trim of the shelves have cracked. 2 shelves have cracked in 3 spots, the others have multiple stress cracks. After spending 3 hours on the phone with Sears and being transferred all around the parts, service, customer service, store Dept.s, no one can help me. They want to sell me the sames piece of crap shelves at $60 + up each and send a service man for additional money to look at it. Sears basically says "Too bad" and you just need to keep replacing our lousy, junky shelves because we aren't changing them. They didn't even have anyone to take my complaint concerns to analyze the problem with the shelves so changes could me made for the future. WOW!!! WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! DO NOT BUY THIS FRIDGE UNLESS YOU LIKE THROWING MONEY WAY EACH YEAR...

My son needed a new refrigerator for his new house that he and his lovely wife are purchasing. They don't have a lot of money left over after all of the necessities of new buying. I wanted to give them my refrigerator since it was a Kenmore and in pretty good shape. They insisted that I get paid for it. Since I had other black appliances that was my only requirement. My grand daughter and I went shopping. We looked at Home Depot and a few other stores. When we got to Sears I thought they won't have what I wanted but as we walked in the door, there it was! My grand daughter started reading the sales signs. The one I picked was a side by side. It was rather large, but I liked it. It had a fresh snack vegitable bin on the inside door that was removable, and lots of room. My grand daughter read that it would make three types of ice.
