We've always used Kenmore vacuums in our family, because it's what my mom used. When we bought the new one, it wasn't because the old one broke... but our dog chewed on the tubing of the old one, and to get it fixed was pricey... we figured it was time to just treat ourselves to a new one. We picked the Kenmore Canister vacuum because we knew it would work great. It's also affordibly priced. The canister part isn't heavy at all, so I can use it on the stairs. Our house is half carpet and half bare floor, and the tool for bare floors is so easy to attach. Both parts work really well. The crevice tool is perfect for the couch and chairs. The cord rewind always works and the HEPA filter keeps out a lot of allergens, which is important in terms of air quality! My favorite thing about this vacuum is that the power and suction is consistent from the start of a vacuuming "session" until the end. It doesn't get weaker after being used for thirty minutes OR when the bag is getting...

Yes, my old canister vacuum was OLD and my cleaning woman (Flora) was definitely ready for a new one. So I went on-line and checked several manufacturers' sites then decided to check Sears. They were having a sale on Kenmore canister vacuums, blue (yep, that's the name of the appliance) - lucky me. I got a $5.00 off coupon (only for on-line shopping), the vacuum price was on sale with a 15% reduction (only for on-line shopping) and they were giving free shipping. Couldn't pass that up, so I ordered it immediately. It comes with all the bells and whistles including the pet hair attachment. It's self-propelled which Flora loves and has a retractable 26" cord. Personally, I think the headlight is a bit of overkill as Flora doesn't vacuum in the dark, but that's okay. The suction is strong so it's easier to use and more effective than my old one. In short, Flora's happy so I'm happy. And the price didn't hurt either.

I have always loved this model of Kenmore vacuums. I love the easy release lever on the bottom to reach all the corners of my house. Also, the release on the top of the vacuum hose to get into couch corners. You won't be disappointed with this vacuum....

I have 3 girls ranging from ages 11 - 2. Vacuum is used every day. Vacuum bags are inexpensive and last a long time. The vacuum was very inexpensive and is a great buy.

I bought a Kenmore Cannister Vaccuum Blue Model , which I really enjoyed...at least for the first 2 years. The motor quit after 3 years. I thought when I paid almost $600.00 for a vacuum I was getting good quality...but I wasn't. I noticed after 2 years that the suction was not as good and a lot of dust was blowing out the back end of the vacuum . I was very disappointed in the quality and when I took it to be repaired I found out that it is a common problem in Kenmore. (Sears where I bought the vacuum was not at all interested in their product)....So, I guess I would say...don't spend the money...It won't last...

I had a Kenmore vacuum years ago and it was ok, but last year I bought a kenmore and it's a piece of junk, it is basically falling apart. The qualiy that used to be part of Kenmore products is no longer there. The beater brush falls off while vacuuming, the cord doesn't retract properly and when it's opened it is falling apart. Save your money, and go with another brand....

I have had many vacuum cleaners in the past 18 years and I honestly was getting pretty frustrated that most didn't last or clean up very well. I received the Kenmore canister vacuum, model 2621, for Christmas last year and it has changed my point of view on how a vacuum should and does work. It works great on both hardwood and carpeted floors. It has the attachments onboard and it is very easy to manuever around the house.

Basically, I'm hooked and will stick with this brand. It is the best!...

This is the best little blue vacuum that I have ever owned. It reaches very high for the corners and ceilings and the suck power is out of this world. I have owned 3 of them in the past couple of years and I even bought my mother one and she loves it. The price is just right and the bags do not cost too much so it is a very affordable vacuum and I will get another one just like it when my present one wears out or I give it to one of my kids ... just so I can get a new one. I am very happy with this little blue vacuum and would not trade it for another vacuum for all of the money in the world. It is the best!...

I am so glad that we checked out this vacuum. It was recommended by a friend and her advise couldn't have been better. This is the best vacuum I have ever used. I wanted to go with a Kenmore because of their top quality and warranty. When we got to the store we found that this model was on sale for the price we would have paid for the next model down. We decided obviously to get this model which comes with the extra Handi Mate Jr attachment for upholstery and hard to reach places that the regular carpet part cannot get to. The power and suction is amazing and it is so easy to pull around because it is so lightweight. I would tell anyone in the market for a new vacuum to get the Blue Kenmore Canister, it is absolutely wonderful....
