After doing comparisons of both coverage and pricing and talking with a variety of agents, I contend there is no better or more reasonable service than what Kemper can offer to their patrons. I've been with the same local agent for many years and they have done a great deal of comparative pricing for me, as well, especially over the past several years,with all the TV advertising about which company can save you more. They have not been able to locateany better plan for me, nor any better rates. Recently I made an inquiry as to the cost of insurance for a newer used car. Once again, my agent looked at all companies and said they could find me no better price than through Kemper Insurance. I have personally spoken to AllState, Geico and Hartford, and they claimed I have a great deal with Kemper.

Further, I had an accident which was my fault. They paid for everything and did not raise my rates. They have also paid several claims on my Homeowners. In each instance, they worked quickly,...

I had an accident. Happens to everyone, right? Mine happened when a deer decided to cross the highway I was traveling down at 55 miles an hour. Needless to say, I needed a new front end once I finally came to a stop.

The next morning, I called Kemper and told them all I could, and answered all their questions. It all seemed pretty straightforward, and I was optimistic that things could be settled with a minimum of fuss. If only...

After telling my father the tale, he suggested a couple of additional questions I should ask. I called the person at Kemper back, and he not only thought he had settled everything already, he went as far as to suggest that I was, in fact, a completely different person calling and trying to pull a scam! I'm still shaking my head over how silly that conversation was.

All of that would could have been dismissed, I suppose, but all along I was told that the repairs would take 2-3 weeks, but that my policy would cover my having a rental car during the entire time....

When I moved back to NYS from NV I had been using Progressive and they increased my insurance. I was not happy with that and did some shopping around. The local agent here is Emery & Webb and my agent did a great job of checking out all the different companies. He even found the Progressive had me way under-insured and wanted to get me back on track. Kemper was the company that he found, that had the lowest premiums with the best coverage for me....

A tree fell on my car and totaled it. Kemper worked quickly to get me a rental car and to hav an appraiser come out. It was only a couple of weeks until I got my payoff check....

Have been with Kemper for several years now and have had accidents. Rate went up a little after the accidents but has reduced again since no accidents last year. The rates are low and the coverage is good. I have had no problem with the company or the agent I use....
