I love these Kashi bars! After many, many attempts to find a good energy/fiber bar I could love, finally, I found these. I have been a Kashi fan for years, and they did not disappoint.

Full of grains, nuts, berries and other good stuff, they are easy on the stomach and digestive system, but really give you energy that lasts. It does not cause a sugar rush, and is a great meal on the go.

Some bars are too tough, too bland, or taste like cardboard. Kashi bars, like all other Kashi products, are designed to bring healthy foods that taste good together into cereals and snacks. They have been my refuge from potato chips and other junk food since they are pretty easy to find when you are busy running around doing errands. And they keep very well, whether in the purse, pocket, or glove box.

The price is quite reasonable, too. Compared to other bars, Kashi provides taste, nutrition, and value all in one box.

Kashi Granola bars are not bad tasting. My kids seem to like them and I do to and I am picky about Granola Bars that are healty.

Recently tried the apple flavor TLC kashi bars. The cereal base has a banana flavor, moist, sweet, but satisfying. Pricey, but I got a coupon for $3 off one package and a free package. Purchased the balckberry ones, but have not tried them yet.

I think everything Kashi makes is amazing. It full of whole grains and different ingredients you wouldn't otherwise see everyday. I am a granola bar lover. These fit right in. They give me my fiber and are delicious. Also I love that these products are all natural....

I work a lot so many of my days start out with breakfast on the go, so I love quick and easy snack bars. Kashi has made a delicous blend of fruits and nuts in this snack bar. I love this bar because it is great for healthy ingredients and it provides lots of energy. Each bar is a delicious mix of nuts, sunflower seeds and plump dried fruits. Each bite is chewy and crunchy with just a little salt a lot of sweetness. Each bar is just 140 calories and is great for in between meals. These bars are the perfect packaged trail mix because there is no mess and it is perfect for on the go. I love the flavor of fresh fruit and the crunch of the fresh nuts. The sunflower seeds add just the right amount of flavor to balance everything. These bars are great for hectic days when you need a healthy snack....

Well it's the time of the year when we want to eat healthier and I want to stay away from the vending machines at work that have tons of chocolate in them. I didn't want to drewl on the machines so I chose to get my healthy favorite Kashi Trail Mix Chewy Granola Bars. They have the crunch I need, nice and chewy and packed with flavor.

With whole, roasted almonds, succulent, sun-dried fruit, toasted sunflower seeds and a touch of wildflower honey. These are perfect for me and the trail Mix granola bars have 4g of Fiber and 6g of Protein. Two good things when you are watching your weight.
