I am a huge fan of Kashi products, and I really love these Kashi - Soft-Baked Blackberry Graham cereal bars. I have never been a huge breakfast fan, but these bars make it easy to enjoy a meal in the mornings because they are low in calories and easy to eat on the go, plus they taste so good. The bar has a delicious and soft graham bar flavor with a sweet and tart blackberry filling. The blackberries taste fresh and really wake up the flavor of the bar. The filling is a little sweet and a little tangy. Each bar is just 110 calories, and 3 grams of fat. These bars are easy to take with you and taste so great. These bars also come in strawberry and apple spice flavors, but I love the blackberry the best.
...

dance2morn says "Portable and sweet. Not great, but good." about Kashi - Soft-Baked Blackberry Graham

The Kashi Blackberry soft-baked cereal bar I had for breakfast this morning was good, but not terrific. It was sweet, but not overly sweet. The size was convenient and it was individually wrapped. I could taste the blackberry as well as the graham flavor, but felt the product had a bit of a pasty texture. I prefer the Kashi fruit and grain bars for their oats, nuts and toppings. Still, I would purchase these for quick snacks or breakfasts in the car. This product comes in other flavors as well. Not a bad choice if you want to go natural, but still need a product that is portable.
...
