A couple months ago when Total cereal started to publically chastize Kashi Go lean specifically, Kashi gave free samples to anyone who wanted them. I think the offer is over by now. The Kashi company is based on making food fast and healthy which goes against America today. I expected this crereal to taste like cardboard because it looks health ,like grapenuts. Anyway, I was very surprised because rthis healthy cereal full of vitamins and minerals taste reallt really tasty. I am giving it a rave review from a cereal connisieur. After tasting the cereal I wonder what Total was taking about, even though Total made yoy take a test to compare your cereal to thiers. The Kashi Go Lean cereal has many aspects of crunchy and it looks very appitizing at the same time. After eating it just for cereal I discovered you could use the Kashi Go Lean on top os salads, ice cream sundaes maybe in a soup. So there you go Kashi Go Lean won!
...

Kashia Go Lean Crunch Cereal is outstanding. It's great for and taste great. I tried the honey almond flax flavor. For me it is like a grown up version of the Honey Smacks cereal. A serving of it keeps you full until your next meal, since it has a good bit of your daily fiber intake in it. Some people may worry about the cost of this cereal, but they are always giving out great coupons for it, we're talking $2-$3 bucks off, so you can get it for as low as .49 a box sometimes! Eating healthy has never tasted so good or cheap!
...

Kashi Go Lean crunch cereal is by far my favorite cereal. I eat this cereal minimally five days a week. It has just the right amount of sweetness and just the right amount of crunch. Even when I am rushing out of the house in the morning I will fill a small bag with my Kashi Go Lean crunch and munch on it while driving to work. This cereal has the added benefit of being high in fiber which means it really stays with you throughout the morning. I never even think about food for at least four hours after eating my Kashi Go Lean crunch cereal. There are two varieties of this cereal. The second variety is made with almonds and is just as delicious as the first. In addition, I have sprinkled this cereal over ice cream as it adds a special crunchiness. I will sometimes mix two different Kashi cereals together for a little variety as there are many types of Kashi cereals, They are all among my favorites.
...

kdekaff says "Healthy and so worth it!" about Kashi Go Lean Crunch Cereal

This cereal is awesome! I am a huge cereal fan; I just love it! I used to eat too much of it, though, and the wrong kinds, like sugar cereals. But lately I've been on a health kick (which I plan to continue forever), and am so glad I found this! I've lost five pounds in the last three weeks and attribute part of that to Kashi cereal. What I love about it is that it has 9 grams of protein, 8 grams of fiber, and 7 whole grains per serving. If you know about losing weight and being healthy, you'll realize that is very good! Protien is necessary to keep your muscles strong, and fiber and whole grains take longer than other foods to digest, which helps you feel fuller longer and therefore, eat less. They are also very good for you and you need them every day.

That is the main reason I love the cereal. Maximize those calories! The first time I tried it, I was a little taken aback by the natural taste to it. After all, there's not a lot of sugar in it like most cereals. But I actually really like...
...

DeniseJS says "Crunchy, Delicious and Healthy - What's Not to Love?" about Kashi Go Lean Crunch Cereal

I'm not a big cereal eater, but my local supermarket recently had a sale on Kashi Go Lean Crunch and I decided I'd try it. I've had other Kashi products before and enjoyed many of them, so I had high hopes for this cereal.

I wasn't disappointed!

While a bit on the pricey side if you don't happen to catch it on sale, Kashi Go Lean tastes great. I added a handful of raspberries to my bowl for an even sweeter kick, and I imagine other berries would work just as well. Even without the added sweetness of the fruit, however, this cereal packs a pretty tasty punch. In fact, the only reason I'm giving this product 4 stars instead of 5 is because it's a wee bit high in sugar.

However, I think the higher sugar content balances out well because it's also jam packed with 8 grams of fiber and 9 grams of protein per serving. That's a lot more than most other commercial cereals and it kept me full until lunchtime.

If you're looking for a healthy alternative to other cereals and manage to snag a box on...
...

I am an avid cereal lover and when I came across Kashi go lean Crunch, I thought I had died and gone to heaven! I was a little skeptical because Kashi is a "Healthy" cereal so I thought the taste might be lacking. I was very wrong. It has a great crunchy-sweet combo that make me dream about it every night when I go to bed. I can't wait to get up in the morning so I can pour myself another bowl!
...

I love this Kashi cereal. Kashi Go Lean Crunch cereal is one of my favorite cereals ever. It's full of protein and high in fiber. (9 grams of protein, 8 grams of fiber and 7 whole grains in each serving) It has naturally sweetened multigrain clusters. It has a great crunch and stays cruncy even after setting in milk. It's lower in fat and has just a wonderful flavor. I'm almost 40 and lets just say this cereal is a godsend. It's about time they made fiber taste so good. :)
...

I don't normally like or eat sweet cereals. I tried Kashi Go Lean Crunch when a sample was sent to me in the mail. I was immediately hooked. I now buy this cereal periodically, as a change from my usual unsweetened cereal.

I am a health concious person, who tries to watch what she eats. This cereal consists of all natural and healthy ingredients, including seven whole grains. It's sweet, though not too sweet. Sugar is not listed as an ingredient, so I'm not certain where the sweetness comes from. Oh! It comes from honey. LOL. Just read it on the box. There are 9g of protein and 8g of fiber per serving.

The cereal is hard and crunchy, a little too hard for my liking. On the up side, though, it stays crunchy in milk all the way to the last bite! If you have Lumineers on your teeth, or if your teeth are prone to breaking, do not buy this cereal! But, it is a good tasting, healthy cereal that I don't feel bad about eating.
...
