I started using Johnson and Johnson's baby lotion over 17 years ago with my first child. I am continuing to use it with my grandchildren. The scent of this lotion is the stuff memories are made of. it has just the right mix and is not too potent. I love the soft feeling of the baby's skin after each use and it is definitely gentle enough to use everyday. We have lived in various climates with our children and grandchildren and the lotion seems perfect each time. This formula seems timeless - I believe it is the same formula today as it was when my children were little. You can use it the day you bring your baby home from the hospital until they enter school - or beyond. I have never had any trouble with reactions or rashes after use. I have tried other formulas made by Johnson and Johnson, but I always come back to the pink bottle. I give it as baby shower gifts in a nice basket of other baby essentials.

Johnson & Johnson Baby Lotion

I have been a big fan of Johnson & johnson products and considered it to be THE BEST for all baby toileteries. until Johnson baby lotion drove me crazy once I applied it on my baby and seeing the rashes that she developed. It was an extremely unfortunate experience since the rashes were really bad and I had tough time handling my infant with all the irritation she was going through after the lotion. I would recommend a BIG NO to all the mums out there. Though I still continue to use the other Johnson products and which have been working really well, I just trashed the bottle of Johnson lotion right after the first use. I opted for Aveeno instead and it worked perfectly fine keeping the skin soft through the day. I am not going to ever think of switching back to Johnson Lotion even after my daughter grows becasue this has most definitely left a very bad taste of the product in my mouth.

This lotion is my all time favorite...I buy it at BJ's in bulk because we love it so much! My daughter loves to lay down at night on the changing table and have us rub her back...it's a wonderful relaxing time for her and for us! The lotion is not too heavy, dries quickly and has a nice light baby sent! It is something I give every new mom that I know as part of the gift we give. My daughters skin is baby soft and we know it's because of this lotion. It is even great for sensitive skin! We love this lotion!

I have always used Johnson and Johnson baby products. I remember when my children were newborn. The hospital broght my precious babies. Their skin just glowed. I remember how wonderful the babies smelled. Yes, some of the baby scent was the newborn scent that all mothers remember and get teary about. But, the other scent was the smell of Johnson and Johnson Baby Lotion. There was just something so sweet and simplistic about that first scent. I loved that both of my children kept silky soft. They never felt greasy. They never had a reaction to the fragrance or to any of the ingredients. They just stayed soft and pink. Even today, my kids still laugh at me for buying this product. They laugh, but they also still use it. Why buy something different when something smells this good and keeps their skin looking so young and healthy. I try to buy this lotion when it goes on sale. I realize that it is a little more than a generic type. But, I feel that for my family...

I remember when I was a little girl, my mother always used Johnson & Johnson Products with us. My sister had allergy issues and Johnson's was the only product that didn't break her out. And of course when I became a mom, it was natural for me to use Johnson & Johnson because their reliable, they care about what you but on your baby, I found it was the same great product to use. After having two babies with multiple sensitivities, I discovered that MANY products advertised for children can causes rashes on super sensitive skin. I was a bit leery when the hospital gave me some sample bottles of Johnson & Johnson baby lotion because I figured this one would also cause rashes.

What I like about Johnson & Johnson Baby Lotion:

It didn't break out my little one's skin!
really seems to be hypoallergenic in my case
Nice scent
Smooth
Easy to apply
Baby loved to have lotion put on
Keeps skin smooth
Helps to keep skin from drying out

What I don't like about Johnson & Johnson Baby Lotion:

Pricey
Not everyone wants to smell like this scent

My Viewpoint:

I was pleasantly surprised with Johnson & Johnson baby lotion--my baby loved to have this lotion applied, and it has a scent that is well-suited to many babies. Thanks to the baby lotion, it has sothed my baby's skin to the largest extent.

One month ago, my baby was keeping crying all day with "no reasons". So I tried to milk him and shake him gently, but I found it made no sense. Finally, I found it was baby's skin that disturbed him. His skin was red and dry. Maybe because this factor, he kept crying. Fortunately, I found the Johnson & Johnson baby lotion, it really works!

I like this product and I will stick to it
