I showed up for my Jet Blue flight with my itinerary to find out they made a schedule change. They charged me $80 to get to my destination. When I arrived at Kennedy and inquired about the charge I was told, just call customer service and they'd refund the $80 because it was not my fault. When I called, I got put on hold for over an hour and a CS supervisor basically told me to pound sand. Not very professional for an airline that I've flown for more than five years and at least fifty times. I think they're having financial issues. Beware!

I love the service, in flight television, and coffee. Most of all, I love the fact that they treat the passenger like a person, not cattle and have enough legroom for a man of over 6' to sit comfortably.

If JetBlue flew into my native Philadelphia (PHL), I'd fly them at least 8 times a year.

i have flown this airline several times. The flight is smooth. i flown other airlines and the airplane feels like is going to break apart . The only thing with this airline is flight are over booked u never find it if isa 2 or three day but if bought in advance you get good prices

like 6 months in advance or a month

I don't travel as much as I used to before the kids, but I still manage to get away a few times a year. I use Jet Blue whenever possible because of their excellent customer service, the comfort of travelling with them, and especially the direct tv! The tv isn't something that was ever important to me when I travelled solo, but anyone with small children will tell you that having this diversion can make travel a sane possibility. I have nothing but good things to say about JetBlue Crew, they are A-1!

Jet Blue Airways delivers quality. Thier staff is friendly and helpful. This airlines prices are reasonable. Jet Blue is simply one of my favorite and the best so far. I wish one day, Jet Blue would travel to Europe. So why not start Jetting to a new place.

I have flown JetBlue many times and I have never had a bad experience. I am a very frequent flyer, taking 100 or more domestic and international airlines trip a year, and I have flown most of the world's airlines, and I have to give JetBlue my personal award for being number one, the best. At least in coach. I'm not saying that another airline's First Class or Business Class is not better (although I have flown afew where JetBlue's is superior to their premium service. But in general I'm only comparing coach to coach, and the general day to day operations of the airline.

On short flights they are mostly on time and very efficient, except from New York which is the main hub, there are frequently delays, but I do not believe these are generally caused by airline operations, rather by traffic delays.

On long flights they are more comfortable than about any other coach airline. Seats are relatively generous with leg and hip room. On longer flights they offer unlimited snacks, but...

JB is NOT always the cheapest, but the seats are the best.....I WAS disappointed that the DirectTV doesnt always work (over water, which means most of the flight to Aruba.)

The new Terminal at JFK is the best airline terminal for seats/service/restos.

On the negative side, JB doesnt have agreements with all airlines so if you are on JB and switching to another airline (hasnt happened yet) you MAY have to collect your suitcases to recheck.

I got the Amex JET BLUE card and signed up for the JB rewards program. Its easy to get free tickets. I flew to Mexico for free (I did pay for the EML seats and tax) in Dec 08 and had enough points to fly to Arizona for free over Memorial Day weekend. They are GREAT about giving you the credit to your JB account if the fare drops.

The cabin attendants have always been really friendly (especially on my last PHX-JFK flight when I had issues - had one bad AA DFW-LGA experience last year on a REALLY bumpy flight) and had issues flying ever since....

I know its almost sacreligious to say it, but I do not love Jet Blue. In fact, it is an airline of last resort for me. Why? What's not to love about satellite TV, leather seats and a fun, zany crew? Those are all great and that's why it's geting three stars and not one.

Let me explain- it's almost NEVER been on time for me. I used to fly between Boston-Southern Cal multiple times a year. I was so excited when I saw Jet Blue served the region from all the great press I had heard. Seriously, though, I came to dread seeing JetBlue as the least expensive option as they were invariably late. You can't even blame the weather since they were even late going out fo Long Beach! And they never explained, apologized or even pretended to make amends or really care. And I'm talking about delays of HOURS, not minutes.

Man, I'm so glad I can afford to fly the airline of my choice finally!

My family and I love to travel. We usually drive to places as we are budget conscious traveler and because we are family so to drive cost us much less when we have a flexible schedule. But there is this trip that we have an extra guest and we need to be in one place in a certain time. I looked it up for an airline and great airfare. There come across JETBLUE. I have never taken Jetblue before and I was a little worry for small airline and airplane that how save it would be. But because the fare was excellent so I took it.It came to my surprise that the plane was not a small crampy airplane. There is a tv for everyone no matter what class you are. The seat is just the right size, not too big and not too small.The leg space is also just right.We got serve drink and snack. Friendly hostess.I would definitely recommend Jetblue for everyone.LOVE to be on again.

We booked tickets to Florida and got an email notice our flight is cancelled and must take a later flight. We have an infant and wished to get home earlier. This is why we booked the return flight in the early afternoon.We now have to change our car rental reservation and prolong hotel stay and we wanted to know what the airline do for us. After exploring the only option of must accepting a later flight, we asked for compensation and the airline said read the fine lines that we can charge you $100 dollars for changes but we can change whenever we like. Got hang up, had to call back twice, wait for half an hour at 8am to get the answer to our second question. We asked since we have extra leg room seats on return flight but sitting opposite in ail seats could they move one seat so we can sit next to each other.The answer it costs $25 dollars to move our seats bc its extra leg room seat but we already have them and why are we being charged.Answer b/c computer does it and absolutely make sense...

Just about a few weeks ago I had to attend a funeral in MA and we drove up on Wed. Well that Friday I was to be graduating. My grandparents were supposed to PA on Thursday but because of the funeral could not. So my grandmother called Jet Blue and told the situation and they helped out 100% That Friday I attended the funeral, got on a plane, and made it to my graduation with 7 minutes to spare. Also I love how Jet Blue has the TVs to watch while flying thats so nice it keeps you occupied.

I have been flying for over 50 years domesticly and internationally.

During that time, I have flown a lot of different airlines.

Several years ago, I flew Jet Blue Airways with my daughter and grand-daughter and we absolutely loved it.

Jet Blue Airways was clean and looked new. There was actual enough leg room so you didn't feel like you were sitting in the other passenger's lap.

Jet Blue provided me with many choices of delicious snacks.

It also provided each passenger with their own personal cable T.V., or you could just relax and listen to a various music channels.

There were also magazines in the seat pocket in front of you.

The stewardess were very courteous, polite, & helpful. It appeared the pilot flew the plane with lots of experience.

They explained the FDA rules & regulations quite well.

I saved the best for last, you will not believe how economical Jet Blue Airways is. I checked a lot of airlines that was traveling the same date, time, & destinations...

I've been using JetBlue for years. I started just using it for my travels from orlando to New York City, but as they have expanded, I've been going to more cities with them. They consistently have great fares, and their planes are clean with nice staff. I've never experienced any major trouble flying with this airline.

Jet Blue stands out among the many airlines as the best in all respects. I have flown many times and since Jet Blue started I have always flown with them if it were at all possible. They have the best prices, the best customer service and are the most comfortable planes I have ever flown on. I can't afford first class but with them I can imagine that I am there anyway :) LOL

I love the little individual TV screens they have for each and ever passenger. And the comfort of the seats and the extra space makes flying so much more pleasurable than any other airline I have ever flown with. I don't care that they don't feed you. They give you unlimited and great snacks and you can bring whatever you want to eat on the plane. How many times do you really need to eat a full meal on a plane anyway, and most of the time the food pretty much sucks anyway.

My only complaint is that they don't fly to enough places.
